Abstract: A system and method are configured to perform eco score analytics for an energy program associated with potential targets. A factor profile initiator determines categories and subcategories of parameters to be included in a model for the energy program based on attributes of the energy program. The model is built and used to determine eco scores for the potential targets. The eco scores estimate propensity of the potential target to participate in the energy program. A campaign engine determines ranking of the scores and a subset of the potential targets are selected as targets for the energy program based on the rankings.

Abstract: A system, method and program product for providing a policy hierarchy usable in an enterprise system having at least one computer cluster. A request is sent to a jurisdictional authority for requesting that a resource be added to the computer cluster of the enterprise system. Following predetermined rules, the jurisdictional authority determines if the addition of said requested resource to said computer cluster is to be allowed. If the addition is determined to be allowed by the jurisdictional authority, the requested resource is added to the computer cluster by a computer cluster manager.

Abstract: A system and a method are disclosed for simulating data driven market order exchange mechanics. An event processing engine receives a feed of market data and forwards it to an exchange simulator. The feed of market data may be recorded market data, live relayed market data, or simulated market data. A series of order requests is also received. The order requests are market order or limit orders, and can include new orders, amend orders, or cancel orders. The feed of market data is analyzed and an inference algorithm is applied by making probabilistic inferences to determine what actions may have occurred to produce the received feed of market data. A second series of order requests are produced. The received order requests and the second series of order requests are combined with normal exchange rules to produce a stream of simulated market data and a series of updated order requests.

The automatically generated deep-linked ads can be inserted into any ad server and served out from there in real-time. Abstract: Various embodiments of a system and method for process management in a materials handling facility are described. Embodiments may include a process control component configured to generate a model of multiple unit handling processes of a materials handling facility. For each process, the model may indicate a measured throughput rate. The process control component may be configured to, based on at least one target output rate that is a goal for the output rate of a given unit handling process, evaluate the model to generate a particular target throughput rate that is a goal for the respective throughput rate of a particular unit handling process that is performed prior to the given unit handling process. The process control component may be configured to, based on the particular target throughput rate, generate one or more instructions to control the respective throughput rate of units processed by the particular unit handling process.

Abstract: In a remote technical support system, a technical support controller receives an indication of a maximum number of support sessions to be serviced by a remote technician. Thereafter, the technical support controller receives a service request for a user device, which service request is classified into a category and added to a preliminary queue corresponding to the category. The technical support controller determines if handling of the service request by the remote technician would cause the number of support sessions currently being handled by the remote technician to exceed the previously-indicated maximum number of support sessions. If not, the service request is added to a work queue for the remote technician and removed from the preliminary queue.

Abstract: Healthcare marketing data may be cleaned and normalized according to data validity and/or data canonicity rules prior to being merged into a healthcare marketing database. The merging process may include a fuzzy de-duplication operation utilizing a configurable field scoring table for automatically identifying matching and non-matching records. Potential duplicates that cannot be automatically resolved may be provided to an operator to provide merge or no-merge instructions.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus to monitor in-store media and consumer traffic related to retail environments are disclosed herein. In a disclosed example method to monitor a monitored establishment, a survey is presented to an auditor and a user-provided survey response is received indicative of a condition in a monitored establishment that affects an accuracy of shopper count information provided by the auditor. Instructions are displayed to the auditor to sequentially move to a plurality of predetermined locations in the monitored establishment and collect a shopper count corresponding to each of the predetermined locations. The example method also involves receiving and storing each of the plurality of shopper counts.
