Abstract: A writing instrument includes an elongated body housing a spool valve and a writing tip secured to a distal end of the elongated body. Two or more fluid reservoirs in selective fluid communication with the writing tip. Axial movement of the spool valve relative to the elongated body of the writing instrument alternately establishes fluid flow paths between the fluid reservoirs and the writing tip.
Abstract: A variable-width viscous fluid applicator, and related methods, may include an applicator having wall portions adjustable toward and away from each other, an injection port being formed in a bridge portion that spans upper ends of the wall portions. The applicator may be engaged around the edge of a component such as a panel. A bead of viscous fluid may be applied and shaped by injecting the fluid through the injection port and moving the applicator along the panel edge.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a tubular case for cosmetics that includes: a case (10) made of a material that can be pressed by a hand and capable of keeping make-up; a cosmetic discharge member (20) thread-fastened to an inlet (11) to the top of the case (10); a cylindrical brush cap (40) fitted on the cosmetic discharge member (20), moved up/down by elastic force of a spring (30) therein, and keeping a brush (41) on the top; and an upper cap (50) covering the top of the cylindrical brush cap (40) and thread-fastened to the lowermost stepped side (21) of the cosmetic discharge member (20). According to the tubular case for cosmetics of the present invention, since an opening/closing protrusion is inserted in close contact in a discharge hole and an O-ring is fitted on an upper stepped portion of a cosmetic discharge member to seal the inner side of a lower cylindrical protrusion, make-up is prevented from leaking.
Abstract: A cleaning apparatus for a mobile device. The cleaning apparatus comprises: a support plate; a sealing layer attached under the support plate; and a wiping layer disposed under the sealing layer, wherein a cleaning solution receiving part for receiving cleaning solution is formed between the support plate and the sealing layer, the sealing layer has a through hole extending to the wiping layer, and the cleaning solution is discharged to the wiping layer through the through hole.
Abstract: A lipstick case having a structure wherein a lipstick is exposed outwards when lowering an ascending and descending member which encases the lipstick as rotating a rotation body to one side direction, whereas the lipstick is hidden by the ascending and descending member when the rotation body to the other side direction is rotated and thereby the ascending and descending member ascends. Therefore, it is possible to fundamentally prevent problems in use, e.g. a breakage of lipstick caused by closing a cover part in a state of the lipstick being ascended.
Abstract: An artificial house plant, hereby named ‘Pen Plant’, made from artificial wired plants wherein each individual shoot comprises of a ballpoint pen arranged in a pot or vase to realistically resemble a house plant. Floral tape may be used to create the illusion of the extension of the plants shoot or root. Pieces of the plant may be used to decorate vase or pot with, in some cases and as shown below, a ribbon.
Abstract: A thermochromic writing instrument, comprising: a writing body, storing a thermochromic ink therein, stored in a barrel; an operation body provided in the barrel to be operated to longitudinally move the writing body; a nib of the writing body configured to be capable of appearing from a front end of the writing instrument, wherein the writing instrument further includes a friction unit, rubbing handwriting in the thermochromic ink and capable of thermally changing the color of the handwriting by frictional heat generated at that time, and at least one clip body as the operation body, the friction unit is provided at a rear end of the barrel, and the clip body is provided in an area other than the rear end of the barrel.
Abstract: An oral care implement with product application. In one embodiment, the implement is a fluid dispensing toothbrush having a body comprised of a handle, a head, and an internal cavity containing an oral care material. The head includes tooth cleaning elements and an applicator in fluid communication with the internal cavity. In one embodiment, the applicator includes at least one spring-actuated valve operable to dispense the fluidic oral care material upon engagement with a user's oral tissue. The oral care material is delivered from the internal cavity upon applying a pressing force to a moveable sealing element of the valve. In certain embodiments, a pressurizer may be provided to pressurize the oral care material for positive dispensing. In one embodiment, the applicator is disposed in a soft tissue cleaner on the toothbrush head.

Abstract: Apparatus for cleaning and disinfecting sink drains and overflow holes. The apparatus includes: a cleaning fluid dispenser having a cleaning fluid reservoir, and a dispensing mechanism with a fluid dispensing port. Cleaning fluid is forced from the cleaning fluid reservoir out via the fluid dispensing port. A flexible tube is attached to the fluid dispensing port, and a support wire is affixed at its proximal end to the inside of the fluid dispensing port. A cylindrical brush is attached to a distal end of the support wire, which runs inside the tube along its length from the dispensing port to the cylindrical brush, so the tube can provide cleaning fluid to the cylindrical brush. The flexible tube is durable under repeated use, sliding in and out of the overflow hole and the drain of a sink, while the wire prevents the tube from kinking.
Abstract: A dispenser includes a thermal storage tip and a housing having a reservoir for containing a product, such as a cosmetics product or a medicinal product. The thermal storage tip comprises a material that is capable of storing and retaining thermal energy during application of the product.
Abstract: A mechanical pencil which is configured so that a rotatable cam is rotationally driven with an axis of the rotatable cam relative to a holder member stabled, and smooth operation of a rotational drive mechanism is ensured. The mechanical pencil includes a rotational drive mechanism for driving rotationally a rotatable cam according to writing pressure applied to a writing lead, and transfer rotational motion of the rotatable cam to the writing lead. The rotational drive mechanism includes a holder member supporting the rotatable cam so as to be rotatable, a first fixed cam formed with a funnel-shaped inclined surface Fu and a second fixed cam formed at an obtuse angle ? relative to an axial direction. Cam faces of an upper cam and a lower cam alternately meshing with the first and second fixed cams are formed along a conical inclined surface Cs.
Abstract: Cleaning articles including a heat engine incorporated therein. The cleaning article may include a substrate (e.g., a non-woven wipe) including one or more layers. The heat engine may be in the wipe or pad, and includes a reactive metal composition which upon contact with a salt water (e.g., saline) composition, reacts to produce heat. The cleaning article may thus produce water vapor and/or steam upon activation of the heat engine. A venting structure may be provided adjacent to or surrounding the heat engine that includes an impermeable material (e.g., impermeable to water and/or air or other gas), which includes one or more vents through the impermeable material. The venting structure directs water vapor and/or steam to a desired face of the cleaning article, away from the user. A heat barrier layer may insulate a user's hand from the generated heat, and/or a handle may be attachable to the pad.
