The processing system may be configured to: receive, using the communication circuitry, service data from a server, the service data including a service code identifying one or more services that need to be performed on the domestic appliance; disable, based on the received service code, one or more features of the domestic appliance; and in response to an input indicating that the one or more services corresponding to the service code have been performed on the domestic appliance, enable the one or more features of the domestic appliance that were disabled.

A group is selected corresponding to the activity. An ergonomic policy is modified to form a modified ergonomic policy. The ergonomic policy applies to the activity, and the modification is based on a condition existing in the workplace at the first time of the person performing the activity. Independent of a participation of the person, and when the person is not in compliance with the modified ergonomic policy, an ergonomic control is activated. The ergonomic control causes a change in an ergonomic feature of the ergonomic equipment, the change causing the person to become compliant with the modified ergonomic policy.

Abstract: A collaborative giving system/method that coordinates the decimation and sharing of donor gifts within a cooperating group of donee recipients is disclosed. The system/method allows donee-specific donor databases to drive automated and spatially-distributed fundraising efforts for a collaborative project with donated funds being decimated and shared among collaborative donees while simultaneously guaranteeing that donor anonymity is maintained with respect to each individual donee-specific donor database. This donor/donee anonymity permits large groups of potentially diverse donors to be assembled to support collaborative projects while still maintaining donor privacy and donee autonomy. Within the context of this typical gifting application the disclosed system/method provides the necessary accounting interface and reports to ensure that the internal/external accounting/tax issues associated with the decimated gifting transaction are properly accounted for with the donor and all collaborating donees.

The method comprises the steps of capturing at least one image of an inclusion in a gemstone; storing the image in a first database; and displaying the image on a certification document for presenting to a consumer, wherein the image is of sufficient magnification to allow the consumer to compare the image on the document to the gemstone viewed through an optical device to determine if the gemstone matches the image.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed toward a message classification system that allows for improved customer service through intelligent classification of social media messages. For example, the message classification system may detect one or more messages that share a common context from within a group of messages, organize the detected messages into a messaging thread, and analyze messages within the messaging thread to identify a messaging thread classification. Further, the message classification system may analyze users participating in messaging threads to determine user classifications. Using the classified messaging thread and/or user classifications, the message classification system may assist an entity in improving social media customer service.
