Abstract: A lighting device including a light source, an input device, a power source configured to provide power to the lighting device, and one or more electronic processors. The one or more electronic processors are configured to receive an input signal to illuminate the light source from the input device and determine a first state-of-charge of the power source. The electronic processors are further configured to determine a first illumination output value based on the determined first state of charge and initiate a first ramp-down operation of the light source from the first illumination output value. The first ramp-down operation is configured to reduce an output of the light source as a percentage of the first illumination intensity over time. The electronic processors are also configured to continue the first ramp-down operation until the output of the light source reaches a predetermined illumination intensity.

  • Patent number: 11659640
Abstract: A lighting apparatus includes a light source, a silicon controlled rectifier, a rectifier and a current source circuit. The light source has multiple LED modules with different light parameters. The silicon controlled rectifier filters a filtering ratio of an input AC power to a filtered AC power. The filtering ratio is associated with a control angle by supplying a control voltage to the silicon controlled rectifier. The maintainer circuit maintains a working current to the silicon controlled rectifier even when the control angle is large causing the volume of the filtered AC power less than a threshold. The current source circuit receives the DC power. The current source circuit has a wall switch input for connecting to a wall switch. An on-off input pattern of the wall switch is detected by the current source circuit for generating multiple corresponding driving currents.

  • Patent number: 11617249
Abstract: A lighting apparatus includes a power circuit, multiple light sources, a power failure detection circuit, a wall switch decoder and a controller. The power circuit converts an external power source to multiple driving currents. The multiple light sources respectively receive the multiple driving currents to generate a required mixed light. The power failure detection circuit is coupled to the power circuit for detecting a predetermined power failure pattern. When the predetermined power failure pattern is detected, the power failure detection circuit generates a failure signal. The wall switch decoder is coupled to a wall switch via a signal wire for converting a manual operation to a corresponding switch parameter. The failure signal activates a mode switch in the controller to select a working mode. The switch parameter is interpreted with different setting instructions under different working modes.

  • Patent number: 11606850
Abstract: The current regulation system, providing fine dimming control, has an under-voltage circuit, an over-temperature control circuit, and sometimes a variable resistor (VR) control circuit. The under-voltage and over-temperature controls (first and second control signals) pass through voltage limiters such that the lowest level voltage control signal is applied to the voltage reference signal IREF input of LED IC driver. IC driver has a voltage reference input IREF which controls an IC output current for an LED load demand. The VR control generates a third control signal at the junction to reduce the voltage reference signal under control of the VR. The lowest level control signal dims the LED lamps. Since low level voltage control signals are used, a low voltage turn OFF circuit applies an IC disablement signal to the LED IC driver input control based upon sensing a very low voltage at the junction.
