  • Patent number: 12387824
Abstract: This disclosure is directed towards a patient management system for selectively storing and/or sharing patient data. A wearable device may sense a condition associated with the wearer of the wearable device, and store values based on the condition for a period of time. The wearable device may determine that the wearable device is within range of another device, such that the wearable device can communicate with the other device, and output the values to the other device. Additionally, a computing device of the patient management system may receive, from a wearable device, first data associated with a condition of a wearer of the wearable device. The computing device may also receive second data associated with the condition from a sensing device. The computing device may determine a context of the wearer based on comparing the first and second data, and control output of an alert based on the context.

Abstract: A monitoring server is provided for learning event patterns in pharmaceutical order processing and identifying anomalous events based on learned event patterns. The monitoring server is configured to define a plurality of feeds of monitoring data from the monitored nodes using a monitoring link. The feeds of monitoring data are defined at least partially based on the monitoring vector definition. Each feed of monitoring data is associated with pharmaceutical order processing. The processor is additionally configured to determine a set of monitoring vector data for each of the plurality of feeds of monitoring data. The processor is also configured to identify a monitoring vector signature for each of the plurality of feeds. The processor is also configured to identify an anomalous data pattern. The processor is also configured to transmit an alert indicating that pharmaceutical order processing for the associated feed of monitoring data is anomalous.

  • Patent number: 12322482
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for creating source-specific, persistent patient identifiers for healthcare service providers. One method includes accessing a record of healthcare data, wherein the record includes patient identifying information (PII) associated with one or more persons to whom the healthcare data pertains. The portions of PII included in the accessed record of healthcare data are extracted from the accessed record and encrypted. Based on one or more business rules, one or more hashed tokens are created by applying one or more hashing functions to the extracted portions of PII. A source-specific identifier is received, the source-specific identifier having been encoded in a manner specific to an organization associated with the computer system and having been encoded with reference to the one or more hashed tokens. An association is stored between the source-specific identifier and the accessed record of healthcare data.

  • Patent number: 12272458
Abstract: A system including a range of motion, quality of sleep, overall, and control modules. The range of motion module, prior to a procedure being performed on a patient, determines a first range of motion score of the patient based on a first signal generated by a sensor. The quality of sleep module, prior to the procedure being performed on the patient, determines a first quality of sleep score or a first pain score based on the first signal. The overall module determines a combined score based on the first range of motion score and the first quality of sleep score or the first pain score. The control module compares the combined score to a predetermined threshold and predicts an outcome of the procedure based on the comparison. The control module, based on the combined score, determines whether to perform the procedure, adjust the procedure or refrain from performing the procedure.

  • Patent number: 12112838
Abstract: Systems and methods for tracking biological samples are presented. Intrinsic and extrinsic biological sample data and/or intrinsic and extrinsic patient data may be used to label a biological sample obtained at a point-of-care facility, which may be sent to a processing facility, wherein the labeled biological sample undergoes analysis and/or processing into a labeled therapeutic. The labeled therapeutic is delivered back to the point-of-care facility, wherein the labeled therapeutic is tested for the presence of the additives prior to administration to a patient. Multi-factor validation is performed, including validating the identity of the patient to a container, validating the identity of the labeled biological sample/therapeutic to the container, and thus, validating the identity of the labeled therapeutic to the patient. The entire life cycle of a biological sample used to generate a personalized therapeutic is validated, and ensures that mix-ups or errors in administration are reduced or eliminated.
