Abstract: Described are computer-based methods and apparatuses, including computer program products, for dynamic user interface customization. A set of functions for a user interface is stored, each function comprising a function that can be added to the user interface. A first set of data is transmitted to a remote device that causes the user interface to be displayed on the remote device with a predetermined set of functions from the set of functions. Interaction data is received indicative of a user's interactions with the user interface. A second set of data is transmitted to the remote device that causes the user interface to dynamically add a new function from the set of functions to the user interface based on the interaction data, wherein the new function is displayed as a selectable item in the user interface that the user can select to use a function associated with the new function.

  • Patent number: 11861071
Abstract: A local perspective method and device of a virtual reality equipment and a virtual reality equipment are disclosed. The method comprises: identifying a user's hand action; triggering a local perspective function of the virtual reality equipment if the user's hand action satisfies a preset trigger action; and under the local perspective function, determining a local perspective display area in a virtual scene according to a position of the user's hand action, so as to display a real scene in the local perspective display area. The local perspective method of the virtual reality equipment according to the present disclosure can determine the range of the area to be perspectively displayed by using the user's hand action. Compared with the conventional global perspective solution, it can be applicable to more and richer application scenarios, and can greatly improve the user's use experience.

  • Patent number: 11835984
Abstract: One or more computing devices, systems, and/or methods for controlling an output device are provided. For example, features are extracted from data points of an object. A set of data points are identified from the data points based upon the set of data points having features corresponding to target features. Marker elements are assigned to the set of data points. A mapping structure is used to assign output indicators to the marker elements. The output device is controlled to provide output indicators assigned to marker elements as the marker elements become a current focus of the user navigation.

  • Patent number: 11775860
Abstract: Reinforcement learning may be used to train machine learning (ML) models for robotic process automation (RPA) that are implemented by robots. A policy network may be employed, which learns to achieve a definite output by providing a particular input. In other words, the policy network informs the system whether it is getting closer to the winning state. The policy network may be refined by the robots automatically or with the periodic assistance of a human in order to reach the winning state, or to achieve a more optimal winning state. Robots may also create other robots that utilize reinforcement learning.

  • Patent number: 11775318
Abstract: The present disclosure involves systems, software, and computer implemented methods for generating a unified semantic model identifying a user's intentions or goals within operating the system. By determining the intent and desires of the user, tasks and queries associated with or requested by the user can be more effectively optimized, automated, or otherwise improved. In some computing environments, multiple users access a database which includes a collection of software objects. The objects within the database can sometimes form a hierarchy, with a parent-child relationship among them. Traditionally, a developer creating the database and the objects within can only determine a user's intent based on the actions taken by the user within the database. The present solution provides the developer with a higher level model representing different users' intents based on observed data from a number of sources in addition to the user's interaction with the database.

  • Patent number: 11775412
Abstract: In some embodiments, a computing system identifies a current engagement stage of a user with an online platform by applying a stage prediction model based on interaction data associated with the user. The interaction data describe actions performed by the user with respect to the online platform and context data associated with each of the actions. The computing system further identifies one or more critical events for promoting the user to transition from one engagement stage to a higher engagement stage based on the interaction data associated with the user. The computing system can make the identified current engagement stage of the user or the identified critical event to be accessible by the online platform so that user interfaces presented on the online platform can be modified to improve a likelihood of the user to transit from the current stage to a higher engagement stage.

  • Patent number: 11776691
Abstract: Techniques that include applying machine learning models to episode data, including a cardiac electrogram, stored by a medical device are disclosed. In some examples, based on the application of one or more machine learning models to the episode data, processing circuitry derives, for each of a plurality of arrhythmia type classifications, class activation data indicating varying likelihoods of the classification over a period of time associated with the episode. The processing circuitry may display a graph of the varying likelihoods of the arrhythmia type classifications over the period of time. In some examples, processing circuitry may use arrhythmia type likelihoods and depolarization likelihoods to identify depolarizations, e.g., QRS complexes, during the episode.

  • Patent number: 11763177
Abstract: An electronic device includes a capacitive driver that is electrically coupled to a pair of conductive plates coupled to a housing and electrically isolated by a dielectric material. The conductive plates are positioned to change relative orientation in relation to deformation of the housing in a first direction. A controller identifies a first capacitance of the pair of conductive plates associated with the housing being in a normal alignment relative to the first direction. The controller presents an object on a user interface device in a first kinematic state. The controller detects, via the first capacitor driver, a change in capacitance from the first capacitance to a second capacitance of the pair of conductive plates. The controller associates the change to a first user input. The controller presents the object on the user interface device in a second kinematic state based on the first user input.
