    Abstract: A control apparatus for a drive system, in which a power source is activated to output a torque by an energy fed from an energy source so that the torque is transmitted to rotary members through a torque transmission element having a variable transmission torque capacity. The stop of the power source due to the exhaustion of energy is predicted to increase the transmission torque capacity of the torque transmission element.
