Abstract: A method for validating proper installation and removal of machine components during an assembly or a disassembly process includes identifying a current step in an assembly or disassembly process. The method further includes displaying appropriate positioning and alignment for at least one individual part and at least one tool for the current step in the assembly or the disassembly process. The method further includes monitoring a plurality of actions of a user while performing the current step in the assembly or the disassembly process. The method further includes, responsive to determining a corrective action is required for the current step, determining a recommendation based on the corrective action, the at least one individual part, and the at least one tool. The method further includes displaying the recommendation in an augmented device associated with the user.

Abstract: Embodiments described herein involve converting written assessments into oral assessments, which may be conversational in nature. The oral assessments may be better at determining the knowledge of an assessee. Additionally, the oral assessments are less vulnerable to academic dishonesty. Embodiments also generate an answer form similar to an answer form that would be used with the written assessment, thereby allowing assessors to seamlessly continue using their practiced assessment methods. In embodiments, a computer-implemented method of examination involves processing a written assessment through a machine learning model to generate an oral assessment, which is then transmitted to an assessee. The assessee responds to the oral assessment, and the response is analyzed using the machine learning model to determine one or more answers to the written assessment. A completed answer form to the written assessment is generated using these answers.

Abstract: A steering wheel adapter system for an automotive simulator includes a first adapter element formed in a distal end of the steering wheel and a second adapter element formed in a proximal end of a steering axle of the automotive simulator. The first adapter element comprises a first electrical contact surface and the second adapter element comprises a second electrical contact surface. The method includes identifying a location within the game environment for overlaying content during the time frame and identifying content for displaying to the user. The content is to be displayed via an overlay video stream distinct from a gameplay stream. In real time of the user's gameplay, the overlay video stream is sent to be displayed to the user concurrently with the gameplay stream to provide the content for the user at the identified location during at least a portion of the time frame.
