Abstract: This invention is mainly a 7-card stud poker game, played with at least one standard poker deck of 52 cards, plus at least one Joker. After a player places a Poker wager and/or a Pair Of Aces Or Better wager, the player then has the option to place a Bonus wager, against a banker. Abstract: A method of a house apportionment of a bonus value is used to pay during play of a bonus game. Entry of the bonus game is achieved during play of an underlying game of chance. The method of house apportionment includes steps of awarding the player a portion of the bonus value for the bonus game and adding the remainder of the bonus value to at least one escrow account available to reward the player or subsequent players. The awarding step is based on bonus games including the step of knowledge-based playing. The awarding step of the knowledge-based bonus game includes the step of knowledge-based playing by answering, selecting or guessing the appropriate responses to questions. The step of knowledge-based playing includes the step of selecting or guessing the appropriate answers to multiple choice questions. The step of knowledge-based playing by answering, selecting or guessing includes the step of challenging the player with questions having a common theme.

Abstract: A method for playing a bonus game in association with a main game is provided. A bonus game is activated upon the occurrence of a predefined triggering event in the main game. Five cards are randomly drawn from an abridged deck of playing cards. The abridged deck of playing cards comprises at least thirteen cards all of a single suit. As few as none and as many as all five of the dealt cards are discarded and replaced with a card from the abridged deck of playing cards. The final hand is awarded a bonus payout based on the final hand of cards.

Abstract: A method of playing a poker-type wagering game is disclosed. Abstract: The present invention is directed to a card game in which at least five cards are dealt to at least one player position in which the player may have made a wager. The player must make at least one wager corresponding to one or more of the player positions. To initiate a round of play, a number of cards are dealt face down to each of the player positions and one card is dealt to a dealer position. All the cards are turned face up and each player position card is individually compared to the dealer's card. A winning status occurs for each wagered player position in which the player's upturned card has a higher ranking than the dealer's assigned card. The player is awarded a bonus payout according to a predetermined payout table if the player's cards form at least one of a plurality of predetermined combinations and the player has made a corresponding wager prior to any cards being dealt.
Abstract: A card game apparatus includes a deck of game cards that includes a plurality of sets of suited cards. The set of suited cards includes 5 suits. Sets of bonus point cards are included. The deck is placed face down in a random order an in a loose pile. One game card is drawn by each of the players in turn from the loose pile so that each player has a personal set of cards. The players follow the directions on the game cards. The directions include positioning the suited cards face up in the personal set of cards and attempting to form suited runs of 5 of the suited cards. The bonus point cards are also placed face up in the personal set of cards. A player having a required number of points in their personal set of cards wins the game.

Abstract: The method and apparatus for playing a dice game of the present invention includes a casino table covered with a felt, the felt having the necessary game areas printed on it, seven standard six-sided dice and a dice cup, wherein one of the seven standard six-sided dice is the dealer die, which is a different color than the other six. Abstract: A method of playing a game bonus triggered by the rank of the player hand. A plurality of bonus hands is provided and a value is assigned to each one. The player chooses one of the bonus hands, after which the value is revealed and the player is paid the corresponding amount. The values assigned guarantee the player a payout regardless of the choice. Optionally, the player may be permitted to choose more than one bonus hand. The number of bonus hands permitted may be based on the rank of the player hand. The value of the bonus hand may be represented by a poker hand.
Abstract: A method for playing a blackjack game wherein players compete against one another, rather than a dealer, to win. A player may win by having a blackjack, a double blackjack or 21. If a player does not have a blackjack, double blackjack or 21, the player whose hand value is closest to 21 than that of any other players of the game wins. If two or more players have the same total, then the player with the most number of cards in his hand wins. If the total value and number of the cards are the same, the hand with the highest ranking black card, which is the card closest to the blackjack, wins the pot. The game may be played with or without a conventional gaming establishment dealer.

When the player selects the card, both the suit and the rank are displayed together as in a conventional card.
