Abstract: Provided are systems and methods for inserting friction points into a user session with an online resource such as a website or mobile application. In one example, the method may include receiving user data, predicting a likelihood that the user will behave inappropriately when interacting with an online resource of the host platform based on the received user data, determining a friction point in response to the predicted likelihood the user will behave inappropriately being greater than a predetermined threshold, and modifying at least one of displayed content and interactive capabilities of the online resource which are available to the user based on the determined friction point.

Abstract: A content editor or a plugin thereto automatically generates authorship tokens that identify content authored by a human author or an artificial author. The authorship tokens are applied to the work while the work is being produced. Thus, subsequent review of the work can identify regions produced by a human author and other regions produced by an artificial intelligence.

Abstract: Methods and systems for managing real estate titles and permissions include using a key to identify titles and/or permissions. The key is preferably operable to control operations of electronic devices within geographic boundaries, with the geographic boundaries preferably being defined by a geofence and/or IP-based addressing. In certain embodiments, a system is linked to real property records to assign the key to the owner of record. Like other property rights, this virtual right-to-control electronic devices while located in a certain space may be sold outright, leased, rented, partitioned or otherwise conveyed to others.

Abstract: A tamperproof diamond package comprises a package body; at least one chip embedded in the package body and at least one antenna configured to enable communication with the chip; anti-counterfeiting visual impressions on the package body; a diamond pouch formed at a predetermined section within the package body; and one or more diamonds located inside the diamond pouch and an outer covering encasing the package body and configured to reveal any tampering with the one or more diamonds located in the diamond pouch. The diamond package can be credit card shaped and also contains serial number and website information and be provided in nominal dollar values. An associated diamond exchange system utilizes the diamond packages and provides a registration server which stores unique identifying information that enable interrogating the individual diamond packages and checking their authenticity with the registration server.

Abstract: An online concierge system for fraud detection in customer orders fulfilled by a picker. A picker client device, with an installed picker application, sends a first list of items related to a fulfilled customer order. Separately, a transaction log containing a second list of items purchased is received from the retailer's inventory system. These lists are compared to identify any unmatched items. A pretrained fraud detection model, trained on historical data with labeled instances of fraud or non-fraud, is applied to the unmatched items to assess the likelihood of fraud. If this likelihood surpasses a predefined threshold, the item is flagged as a fraudulent instance. This determination is then sent to an auditor client device for further action.

Abstract: A facility for determining a housing index value for a subject geographic region for a subject period in time is described. For each of the homes in a set of substantially all of the homes within the subject geographic region, the facility determines a set of home attribute values for the home; applies a first valuation model for the subject geographic region to the set of home attributes to obtain an estimated value of the home at the beginning of the subject period; applies a second valuation model for the subject geographic region to the set of home attributes to obtain an estimated value of the home at the end of the subject period; and determines an appreciation rate for the home on the basis of the obtained estimated of value of the home at the beginning of the subject period and the obtained estimated value of the home at the end of the subject period.

Abstract: A system and method for an application that would accomplish a real estate search through real estate listings, specific buildings, and their availability to the potential client and the real estate agent, whereby the system would fast track the end user with immediate information of an area (neighborhood, statistics of a specific building, pricing, availability, etc.) through augmented reality and then can link them directly with an agent to request more information and to create a new lead through a video system or audio system without having to leave the application.
