Abstract: A two-handed clip-on cup holder is an adaptive drinking device to allow users with limited hand grip strength to be able to drink independently from assistance of caregivers. The device features a claw-like clip and flexible two cup handles attached to a central rod. At the bottom of the rod, there is a secure base attached where the cup is sitting. The rod has adjustable hook at its top that further secures attachment of the device to the cup. Rod has an extension to adjust for different height cups.

Abstract: A trash container having an automated trash bag dispensing system which automatically deploys a replacement trash bag upon removal of a filled bag. A supply of trash bags is fed into the main trash container by a motorized roller assembly. A pair of opposing suction pads are pivotally deployed inward and suction activation attracts the opposing sides of the bag to corresponding suction pads. Retraction of the suction pads functions to expand the bag to an open configuration whereby it is suitably configured to receive trash.

Abstract: A molded container of solid continuous construction having a floor and contiguous upstanding sidewalls angling outward and upward to a surrounding upper lip. Below the upper lip the floor and sidewalls surround an inner cavity adapted to receive food. The sidewalls include at least three outwardly-directed lugs that are thicker from an inner surface to an outer surface thereof than a nominal wall thickness of the remainder of the sidewalls. The sidewall at the location of each lug having an inner surface which is contiguous and uninterrupted relative to the inner surface of adjacent portions of the sidewall. Consequently, a first container may be stacked and nested within a second container such that the lugs on the first container contact the inner surface of the second container at the location of the lugs on the second container and maintain a predetermined axial spacing between the first and second containers.

Abstract: A hollow container or box formed from a roof, a first side (i.e., or first upper and lower sides), a second side (i.e., for second upper and lower sides), a rear side (i.e., or rear upper and lower sides), a door (i.e., or upper and lower door), and a base placing the container or box in a fully assembled position. Unique side and end access doors are provided. Each of the sides are releasably coupled or hingedly connected to one another and the adjacent sides are hingedly coupled to the base. Upon releasing the sides from one another and rotating each relative to one another in a particular order along various axis rotation, the container or box is transitioned from a fully assembled position into a flat, parallel orientation, fully collapsed position.

Abstract: A plastic tank liner for the storage of a pressurized fluid includes: two ends; two elongated cylindrical sections, the two cylindrical sections having different diameters; and one connecting section connecting the two cylindrical sections. The connecting section has a concave portion connected to the cylindrical section of smaller diameter, and a convex portion adjacent to the cylindrical section of larger diameter. The convex portion has an isotensoid shape. Two convex domes are located on both ends of the plastic tank liner so that each of the domes is connected to a different cylindrical section.

Abstract: A container having a center portion and two side portions each situated at an angle to the center portion and extending in opposite directions such that the a left half of the container is substantially identical to a right half of the container. The container includes recesses and protrusions which enable the container to stack in two orientations generally perpendicular to each other.

When the container is in a closed position the lid flange and the base flange are in juxtaposition and one of the flange edges defines a flange support surface. A lid surface is spaced above an upper base periphery when in the closed position to define a lid volume, and the base section defines a base volume. The flange support surface extends a first distance such that when the volume of the container is loaded with a rated capacity of product and the container is placed in a standing position on a flat surface using the flange support surface and a front base corner as support elements, a center of gravity of the container generates a moment about an axis of the base corner that biases the container in the standing position.

Abstract: A fitting for affixing to a mouth of a receiving container comprises a tubular body having a closed top end, a bottom end and a side wall extending between the closed top and bottom ends and having an inner surface and an outer surface. The inner surface includes a circumferential surface wherein the circumferential surface includes a plurality of inwardly extending, randomly placed nodes to engage an external surface of the mouth of the receiving container. A plug seal extending from the closed top end is spaced apart from circumferential surface to form a land area seal. The closed top end may further include an aperture adapted to permit passage of a straw therethrough.

Abstract: An easily detachable airtight container includes a container body, a first upper cover, a second upper cover and a handle. The second upper cover is disposed between the container body and the first upper cover. The first upper cover has an opening, while the second upper cover has a convex block which passes through the opening. The handle includes a body. The body has a first coupling portion, while the convex block has a second coupling portion. The first coupling portion and the second coupling portion may are detachably connected. When the first coupling portion is coupled with the second coupling portion, the first upper cover is sandwiched between the second upper cover and the handle. In the present disclosure, the handle forms a detachable connection with the convex block by means of the coupling portions.

Abstract: A synthetic resin container has an outer layer body and an inner layer body and formed by biaxial stretching blow molding. The synthetic resin container has a cylindrical mouth portion, a shoulder portion located below the mouth portion and having a diameter gradually increasing downward, a body portion being continuous with a lower end of the shoulder portion, and a bottom portion configured to close a lower end of the body portion. The mouth portion has an outside air introduction port configured to introduce outside air between the outer layer body and the inner layer body, and the shoulder portion has at least one shoulder rib forming a concave or convex shape and extending from the mouth portion side to the body portion side.

The intermediate layer has higher gas permeability than the strengthening layer and the protective layer.

Abstract: A tumbler with maneuverable straw is an apparatus that facilitates the consumption of small edible additives of a beverage. The apparatus includes a straw assembly, a lid, and a tumbler. The straw assembly includes a mouthpiece, a straw, and a main channel. The straw assembly delivers the beverage and small edible additives contained within the tumbler to the mouth of the user. The mouthpiece serves as a mount for the lips of the user and allows the user to maneuver the straw within the tumbler. The lid covers an open end of the tumbler and mounts the straw assembly onto the tumbler. The lid seals the open end of the tumbler, preventing any leakage, and receives the straw assembly. The tumbler contains a beverage and any small edible additives such as tapioca balls. The apparatus further includes a friction inducing base that protects a closed end of the tumbler.

Abstract: A nested liner assembly includes a plurality of nested plastic film liners held by a lifter placed inside an insert fitted to the rim of a trash receptacle. The trash receptacle may have a hinged lid. The insert is adjacent the rim except near the hinge of the receptacle's lid where it extends on the outside of the receptacle below the lid and around the hinge. The two ends of the insert may be fastened together below the hinge to hold the insert in position without interfering with the operation of the lid. The lifter rests in a channel formed in the insert where the insert holds the liners open for use. The nested liners extend through the lifter and are held in place by a plurality of fasteners on the exterior surface of the lifter.

Abstract: A lid for a bucket comprises a center portion and at least one side portion. In some embodiments, the side portion is removably coupled to the center portion. In some embodiments, the side portion is hingedly connected to the center portion and includes at least one cutout suitable for receiving a bail mount of the bucket. A plurality of building block container may be shipped to a disaster area, third world location, or anywhere with people in need, while filled with water or food, where the water or food may be consumed by those in need and then the empty building blocks may be used to build a wall, shelter, structure, building, etc. One or more building block containers may also be used as a water filtration device to filter unclean water into drinkable water.

Abstract: A method for holding a single-serving condiment packet with a holder that allows an opened packet to maintain an upright position without spilling its inner contents and also without having the opening of the open packet touch any part of the holder. The single-serving condiment packet holder has a thin three-dimensional cavity which is defined by one or more internal sidewalls. The holder may also have sidewalls, a base side, and a top side that any geometric shape. A clip or hook may be used to suspend the holder.
