The traveler is at least partially within the chamber and configured to selectively position the plunger. The driver is at least partially within the chamber and configured to movably position the traveler relative to the driver. The driver is engaged with the traveler within the chamber.

Abstract: The beverage drinking apparatus may include a spout, a pivot arm, and an entry portion. The spout may include a bore. The pivot arm may include a curved portion that defines a fulcrum for rotating the beverage drinking apparatus. The entry portion may include a flow portion defining a plurality of apertures. The entry portion may include a piercing portion that is distal from the first end of the spout. The piercing portion and the flow portion may be configured to pierce and penetrate a hole in a sidewall of the beverage can as the beverage drinking apparatus is pivoted about the fulcrum with the curved portion engaged with a bottom surface of the beverage can such that liquid flows from the beverage can into the bore through the plurality of first apertures.

Abstract: A device for dispensing a formulation of at least two compounds selected from a set of selectable compounds includes a plurality of containers storing the different selectable compounds, a pump associated with each container, a dispensing surface that includes at least two through openings configured to convey at least two selected compounds, a selector configured to connect the at least two through openings to the pumps for the selected compounds and to close the other pumps, and an actuator configured to activate all of the pumps and to only deliver the at least two selected compounds onto the dispensing surface.

Abstract: An apparatus, method, and system that uses a lever action hand grip that can include an adjustable receiver for a variety of diameters, form factors, and other variables for different containers of liquids or aerosols that are desired to be dispensed. A linkage connects the lever action hand-grip to a working end. The working end moves in arcuate fashion in response to pivoting of the lever. The proportional working end motion path can serve to both push down an aerosol spray head to dispense, or laterally push or pump other types of dispensing heads. Optionally, the linkage can have at least one, and sometimes two or three, different adjustments for such things as size and location of a dispensing head for a variety of dispensing containers and types, range of motion, type of interface at the working end, and specifically what type of working end relative to a dispensing head of a container or bottle.

Abstract: A backblock includes a body with a cavity connected to an inlet and an outlet. A spindle is positioned with a first end within the cavity and a second end with a tab exterior of the body. A latching plate is configured for translative movement relative to the body. The latching plate includes a keyhole with a bore and a channel. The bore is dimensioned to receive the spindle and the channel is dimensioned to receive the tab. The latching plate has a first latch position proximate to the body and a second latch position spaced apart from the body. When the tab is in alignment with the channel, the latching plate can translate to the second latch position about the tab. When the tab is out of alignment with the channel, the tab retains the latching plate in the first latch position.

Abstract: The disclosed device is an adapter to an existing caulking methodology. The adapter is configured to perform the activity of protective taping, scraping and cleaning of excess compound to occur simultaneously with caulking. The disclosed adapter removably attaches to cannister holding cradle of a calking gun. At least one front roller presses a strip of tape against a side of an area being caulked or finished, with tape being drawn from a tape roller in back of the front roller.

The dispensing device further comprising a top cap, an actuator, a main body and a bottom cap, where the main body is positioned between the top cap and the bottom cap. The dispensing device further comprising top and bottom magnets that magnetically repel one another. Upon pressing of the actuator, material from the dispensing cartridge is dispensed and upon releasing of the actuator, the magnetic repellency of the top and bottom magnets moves the actuator back to its original position.

The head comprises a handle body having a base configured to be coupled to the aerosol container, an outlet, a flexible tube housed within the handle body. The flexible tube is configured to provide fluid communication between the container exit of the aerosol container and the outlet. Abstract: A platform for onsite creation of consumable liquids is provided. The platform includes a liquid generating machine, a set of cubes, compatible bottles, and a user interface device. The platform effectively decentralizes the production consumable liquids, such as drinking waters, enhances the consumer's experience with a brand, significantly increases consumers' choices while simplifying the consumption process (buying the water, carrying it, getting rid of/recycling the plastic bottle, etc.). The platform includes customizable liquid generating recipes associated with the cubes that may be provided through a network or local database and a security feature that allows the authorization of users to generate and access controlled liquids.

Abstract: A reusable container system and method for reducing the use of plastic is disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a reusable container includes: a reusable bottle; a lid attachable to the reusable bottle that enables access removing and inserting single-use replaceable sealed bag or pouch; an inner single-use replaceable sealed bag or pouch that holds a liquid, viscous, or gel material inside the reusable bottle; a sprayer or pump attachable to the reusable bottle; and a dip tube with a leading edge that pierces the inner bag upon assembly of the above listed components. The liquid material is accessed for dispensing through the dip tube without contaminating the reusable bottle.

Abstract: A dispensing closure system includes an upper closure portion and a lower closure portion including an axial flow conduit and a vent conduit. The upper closure portion is axially movable relative to lower closure portion between shipping and dispensing positions. A seal is disposed on the lower closure portion over the flow and vent conduits. A peripheral spacing strip is removably secured to the upper closure portion and engages with either the lower closure or the outside of the container to prevent movement. A piercing probe includes piercing elements in alignment with the flow and vent conduits for piercing the seal. In the shipping position, the piercing elements are spaced from the seal. However, when the spacing strip is removed and the upper closure portion is axially moved to the dispensing position, the piercing elements pierce the seal to open the flow conduit and the vent conduit.
