Abstract: According to one aspect, a method includes propelling a vehicle to a location. The vehicle includes at least one compartment configured to contain at least one delivery item and at least one transfer mechanism, the transfer mechanism arranged to be activated to cause the delivery item to be purged from the at least one compartment. The method also includes determining when the vehicle is authorized to deliver the delivery item at the location, aligning the vehicle with respect to a target at the location, opening a door to the at least one compartment, and activating the transfer mechanism after opening the door. Activating the transfer mechanism includes causing the transfer mechanism to purge the delivery item such that the delivery item is obtained by the target. The target is arranged to receive the delivery item when the delivery item is purged from the at least one compartment.

Abstract: An apparatus for and a method of operating a fleet of vehicles. The apparatus provides a set of routes for moving entities of the fleet of vehicles, provides a request for at least two stops of an entity of the fleet of vehicles including at least one pick up location and at at least one drop off location, selecting a route from the set of routes for that a measure for a distance of one or more stops included in the request to the route meets a condition, inserting the at least one pick up location and at at least one drop off location as stops into the route and instructing to operate an entity according to the route.

Abstract: A method may include receiving, for a package, shipment details including attributes, obtaining, for a subset of the attributes, logistic preferences, applying the logistic preferences to the shipment details to obtain modified shipment details, training a classifier using shipment transactions each including values for the attributes and labeled with a vendor logistic service, generating, by applying the classifier to the modified shipment details, scores for vendor logistic services, and recommending a vendor logistic service from the vendor logistic services using the scores.

Abstract: Provided is a package reception management system including a delivery vehicle configured to move in an unmanned operation. The package reception management system is configured to: acquire a reception region in which a package transported by the delivery vehicle is to be passed to a user being a delivery destination; issue authentication information to be input to the delivery vehicle in the reception region by the user being the delivery destination; and to notify the user of the issued authentication information. In the issuing, the package reception management system sets information for restricting later issuing of the issued authentication information for the reception region, and restricts issuing of the same authentication information as at least one piece of authentication information restricted in the issuing for the reception region.

Abstract: A system can comprise one or more processors; and one or more non-transitory computer-readable media storing computing instructions configured to run on the one more processors and perform a method for providing uniform tracking information, in a standard format, based on tracking information provided by multiple delivery driver networks, each having different hardware and software platforms. The method in this embodiment can comprise: receiving a user tracking request from a customer; receiving driver tracking information from the platform of the delivery driver network of the driver selected for the grocery delivery; converting the driver tracking information into uniform tracking information in a standard format; and providing the uniform tracking information, with an accurate estimated delivery time, to be rendered on a user interface of a user device of the customer.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and methods that impute planned transshipment locations for an itinerary associated with an item of cargo. In particular, according to one aspect of the present disclosure, a supply chain management computing system can obtain itinerary data that describes a planned shipment of an item of cargo from an origin location to a destination location. For example, the itinerary data can identify at least a shipping vehicle planned to transport the item of cargo. The supply chain management computing system can access vehicle location data associated with at least the shipping vehicle and can predict, based at least in part on the itinerary data and the vehicle location data, a transshipment location at which the item of cargo is transferred from the shipping vehicle to a different shipping vehicle.

The method also includes performing user interface element recognition on the snapshot to identify a user interface element in the content. The method further includes associating the user interface element with a user interface element intent and associating the user interface element intent with a particular phrase based on the domain. The method also includes generating an automated interactive support prompt based on the particular phrase to be output for user interaction. The user interaction is usable for performance of the particular service.

Abstract: Technologies are shown for shipping route selection involving receiving sender and recipient shipping information for an item to be shipped and obtaining shipping route options for the item based on the sender and recipient shipping information. The route options are provided for display and selection of an option. A routing data block is created for the item at an address on a blockchain that stores shipping information for each stage of the selected route. A shipping tag is encoded with the blockchain address and attached to the item. The tag can be scanned to obtain the blockchain address and request information for a next stage of the shipping route from the block. The next shipping information from the block is received and utilized to ship the item to a next geolocation. The next shipping information can be determined based on current conditions, such as weather, pricing and availability.

Abstract: A delivery confirmation of a package at a delivery location may be determined based on a communication protocol between a user device and a package device associated with the package. A user can order an item and anticipate a delivery of the item to a delivery location associated with the user. A delivery device can determine that it has entered a geographic region associated with the delivery location. The delivery device and/or a user device associated with the delivery location can determine, using the communication protocol, that the delivery device is within a range of the user device. Then, the user device can receive a package device identifier associated with the package device, determine that the package device is within the range of the user device, and determine a delivery confirmation of the package.

The feedback data relates to a transaction between the data producer and the data consumer with respect to a given data set.
