The image color cast compensation method includes: inputting a 3D reference image, driving a display panel to display the 3D reference image, and determining pixels with color cast in the 3D reference image as target pixels; with respect to each of target pixels, determining a color cast value for a to-be-displayed image corresponding to the target pixel in accordance with the 3D reference image; determining an inverted color corresponding to the color cast value in accordance with the 3D reference image, and taking the inverted color as a complementary color for the target pixel; and compensating a to-be-outputted 3D image signal in accordance with the complementary color.
