    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and a device in a UE and a base station used for wireless communications. The UE first receives a first signaling, and then transmits a first radio signal; the first signaling is used for determining K REs, and K first-type complex numbers are used for generating the first radio signal, K first-type parameters respectively correspond to the K first-type complex numbers. The K first-type parameters are related to a frequency-domain position of the K REs, each of the K first-type parameters is related to a length of cyclic prefix of an RE onto which a corresponding first-type complex number is mapped; the first radio signal carries a first bit block, the K first-type parameters and the first bit block are used for generating the K first-type complex numbers. The present disclosure improves uplink coverage performance.

The onboarding VNID is associated with an onboarding virtual network that does not require an authentication of the wireless client. An Internet Protocol address assignment is forwarded to the wireless client. The wireless client is remapped from the onboarding VNID to the destination VNID after authenticating the wireless client. The wireless client maintains the assigned IP address after moving from the onboarding VNID to the destination VNID. Access to the wireless client on a virtual network identified by the destination VNID is provided via the assigned IP address.

The server addresses or location data derived therefrom may be regularly submitted to the SMF for improved UPF selection based on locations of MEC resources and applications.

    Abstract: Neural network specific hardware acceleration optimizations are disclosed, including an optimized multicast network and an optimized DRAM transfer unit to perform in constant or linear time. The multicast network is a set of switch nodes organized into layers and configured to operate as a Beneš network. Configuration data may be accessed by all switch nodes in the network. Each layer is configured to perform a Beneš network transformation of the -previous layer within a computer instruction. Since the computer instructions are pipelined, the entire network of switch nodes may be configured in constant or linear time. Similarly a DRAM transfer unit configured to access memory in strides organizes memory into banks indexed by prime or relatively prime number amounts. The index value is selected as not to cause memory address collisions. Upon receiving a memory specification, the DRAM transfer unit may calculate out strides thereby accessing an entire tile of a tensor in constant or linear time.
