Abstract: A method for determining the performance of a telecommunications system by first benchmarking the system performance, while locating any defective RF equipment at each channel and site tested, second taking specific information for the specified location or locations, then adding exact distances between the reference site and test point coordinates, and third measuring and recording the required data and comparing the data to determine which component or components, if any, are not performing up to acceptable levels.
