After the electrically actuated component changes from an energized state to a de-energized state, the bottom surface is deformed and contacts at least part of the first leads and at least part of the second leads. The pixel electrodes and the common electrode or the ground electrode are shorted as the bottom surface of the electrically actuated component contacts the first leads and the second leads, to release residual charge on the pixel electrode.
