    Abstract: A rotation detecting device, which is compatible regardless of whether a process control device for processing an output signal of the rotation detecting device is standard one or new one having high input signal resolving power, and, also, a rotation detecting device equipped bearing assembly having such rotation detecting device, are provided. The rotation detecting device includes an encoder provided rotatably and having a plurality of circumferentially equidistantly arranged to-be-detected poles, and a sensor for detecting the to-be-detected poles. The use is made of a multiplying unit for multiplying the phase of the to-be-detected poles from an output of the sensor. The use is also made of a pulse outputting unit for receiving an output of the multiplying unit or both the output of the multiplying unit and an output of the sensor and output pulses having two multiplying powers different from each other.

    Abstract: In an existing disconnection detection circuit for a bridge circuit, consideration is not taken into the fact that an offset voltage or temperature characteristic of a bridge output is degraded. Provided is a disconnection detection circuit for a bridge circuit capable of suppressing a change in a characteristic of a sensor to a minimal extent. A disconnection detection circuit 8a for a bridge circuit in accordance with the present invention comprises conducting means 9 and 10 each of which causes a current to flow from an output terminal of the bridge circuit to a predetermined potential, potential difference detecting means 12 and 13 each of which detects a potential difference between the potential at the output terminal of the bridge circuit and the predetermined potential, and a disconnection detecting means 14 that detects a disconnection on the basis of the outputs of the potential difference detecting means.

The probe comprises a magnetic field source, a Hall sensor, a concentrator and a main housing. The novel aspects of the probe include a wear tip that is exchangeably affixed onto the main-housing, leaving a permanent gap from and disjoined from the concentrator in a manner that transfers stress from the tip directly onto the main-housing. To serve every aspects of the primary objective, being it mechanical, thermal and operational, the material of the tip preferably has a fracture toughness higher than 20 MPa·m1/2, wear coefficient higher than 100, and a magnetic susceptibility lower than 0.001.

The phase error calculator feeds back a phase correction signal to the frequency register to lock the frequency measurement value to the power system frequency.

    Abstract: A probe head of vertical probe card and a manufacturing method of a composite board thereof are provided. The probe head includes guide plate, composite board, and probe pin. The composite board includes first board layer and second board layer which are laminated together by joining operation. The friction coefficient of the first board layer is less than that of the second board layer, and the thermal expansion coefficient of the second board layer is less than that of the first board layer. The probe pin is penetrated all the way through the through hole of the composite board. By this, friction between the probe pin and composite board is reduced so as to stabilize the position of the probe pin.
