The first jaw and the second jaw move between an open position and a closed position. The sealing surface of at least one of the first jaw and the second jaw has a flexible medial section and rigid lateral sections.

Abstract: A rotor device for an electric motor and/or generator with a rotor body and a plurality of magnets, wherein the rotor body comprises a rotor shaft seat and a plurality of magnet receptacles arranged coaxially with the rotor shaft seat. The magnets are rigidly positioned and mounted in the magnet receptacles by means of a plastic molding compound injected into the magnet receptacles, which plastic molding compound forms at least one cover element that covers the openings of the magnet receptacles at least partially. The cover element comprises at least one magnet wheel centering means and/or at least one magnet wheel alignment means. The invention furthermore relates to a rotor and a motor with such a rotor device as well as to a production method.
Abstract: An LED module includes a substrate having a high thermal conductivity and at least one LED die mounted on the substrate. A wavelength conversion material, such as phosphor or quantum dots in a binder, has a very low thermal conductivity and is formed to have a relatively high volume and low concentration over the LED die so that the phosphor or quantum dots conduct little heat from the LED die. A transparent top plate, having a high thermal conductivity, is positioned over the wavelength conversion material, and a hermetic seal is formed between the top plate and the substrate surrounding the wavelength conversion material. The LED die is located in a cavity in either the substrate or the top plate. In this way, the temperature of the wavelength conversion material is kept well below the temperature of the LED die. The sealing is done in a wafer level process.
Abstract: An apparatus for preventing inadvertent actuation of a door release handle of a motor vehicle includes a cover with a lip that engages with an edge of an opening in an inner body panel, and at least one rib attached to the cover, the at least one rib being positioned relative to the door release handle to prevent actuation of the handle when the cover is positioned in the opening of the inner body panel.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are embodiments of low temperature co-fireable dielectric materials which can be used in conjunction with high dielectric materials to form composite structures, in particular for isolators and circulators for radiofrequency components. Embodiments of the low temperature co-fireable dielectric materials can be scheelite or garnet structures, for example barium tungstate. Adhesives and/or glue is not necessary for the formation of the isolators and circulators.

Abstract: The formaldehyde-free binder for materials containing cellulose contains a hydroxy aldehyde resin polycondensed with an ammonium salt, the resin being obtained, in especially preferred embodiments, from glycerin, in situ, with the aid of hydrogen peroxide. A protein component consisting of animal blood is added. The binder is urea-free and can be used as a one-component or two-component binder. It binds materials such as wood, paper and other natural fibres to form high-quality composite material products.
