  • Patent number: 12277606
Abstract: The various implementations described herein include methods and systems for coverage synchronization. Each participant node of a plurality of participant nodes is coupled to a respective landing zone. Each participant node transmits coverage data for a plurality of members, to the respective landing zone. In response to receiving the coverage data, each landing zone transforms the coverage data to a common resource format. In accordance with a determination that the respective landing zone shares a person identifier with other landing zones, the landing zone receives coverage updates from the other landing zones, updates coverage information in the common resource format based on the coverage updates, and evaluates coverage alignment for a member, based on the coverage information aggregated from the other landing zones sharing the person identifier, including identifying one or more discrepancies that require mediation amongst the plurality of landing zones.

  • Patent number: 12271967
Abstract: A system for investment real estate searching is described that includes software that ingests real estate data from a plurality of data sources. The real estate data indicates properties and corresponding property characteristics, and the real estate data is normalized and stored in a data store. A subset of the properties are identified that include investment characteristics derived from the corresponding property characteristics. Investment data is generated that indicates the investment characteristics and investor activity for each of the subset of properties. A search request is received that specifies a geographic area and an investment type. In response to receiving the search request, it is algorithmically resolved based in part on comparing it to the investment data to generate a search result that indicates potential investment properties from the subset, and the search result is provided to the requesting device.

  • Patent number: 12229831
Abstract: Systems and methods for performing an exchange for physicals (EPP) may comprise receiving, with a matching engine module in communication with a processor, EFP data comprising an amount of securities to be traded and a price. The matching engine module may calculate a first delta percentage between the EFP data and an index based on the amount, the price, and an index value. The matching engine module may calculate a residual delta based on the first delta percentage and an index notional value. The matching engine module may attribute the residual delta to the securities.

  • Patent number: 12211102
Abstract: An electronic trading venue (ETV) may prioritize maker orders that specify or are associated with cancel delay values by selecting a maker order to be matched with taker orders before competing maker orders, at the same price level for a given instrument, that have smaller or no cancel delay values. Such prioritization may occur even if the competing maker orders were received before the maker order. A cancel delay value indicates an amount of time that must pass after a request to cancel a maker order is received before the ETV actually cancels the maker order. Thus, in exchange for prioritization, maker orders will be subject to a cancelation delay that starts after a cancel request is received and during which a maker order will not be canceled. Takers may benefit from this by being able to match with a maker order before it can be canceled.

  • Patent number: 12182864
Abstract: Contextual searches may be performed to identify subsets of search results from an organized dataset. Contextual searching may return search results based on a relevance of the results to a query or search terms. Characters may be input by users at a search field that may be used to define context filters for limiting the search results of the organized dataset. Triggering events may be received that may trigger the definition of context filters that may be used to obtain the subsets of search results from the organized dataset. The triggering event may be a delimiter in the character string, for example. The subset of search results may include a subset of tradeable objects that may be traded at an electronic exchange. The subset of search results may continue to be limited based on additional context filters defined from the search input at the search field.
