Abstract: A system for investment real estate searching is described that includes software that ingests real estate data from a plurality of data sources. The real estate data indicates properties and corresponding property characteristics, and the real estate data is normalized and stored in a data store. A subset of the properties are identified that include investment characteristics derived from the corresponding property characteristics. Investment data is generated that indicates the investment characteristics and investor activity for each of the subset of properties. A search request is received that specifies a geographic area and an investment type. In response to receiving the search request, it is algorithmically resolved based in part on comparing it to the investment data to generate a search result that indicates potential investment properties from the subset, and the search result is provided to the requesting device.

The matching engine module may attribute the residual delta to the securities.

Abstract: An electronic trading venue (ETV) may prioritize maker orders that specify or are associated with cancel delay values by selecting a maker order to be matched with taker orders before competing maker orders, at the same price level for a given instrument, that have smaller or no cancel delay values. Such prioritization may occur even if the competing maker orders were received before the maker order. A cancel delay value indicates an amount of time that must pass after a request to cancel a maker order is received before the ETV actually cancels the maker order. Thus, in exchange for prioritization, maker orders will be subject to a cancelation delay that starts after a cancel request is received and during which a maker order will not be canceled. Takers may benefit from this by being able to match with a maker order before it can be canceled.

Abstract: A distracted driving analysis system for identifying distracted driving events is provided. The system includes a processor in communication with a memory device, and the processor is programmed to: (i) receive labeled training data, the labeled training data including driving event records (a) each labeled as an actual distracted driving event or a passenger event and (b) including phone usage by a user that occurred within a time period of a driving event, (ii) identify common features of the actual distracted driving events and the passenger events by processing the training data using a supervised machine learning algorithm, (iii) generate a trained model based at least in part upon the identified common features, (iv) process a new driving event, (v) assign the new driving event based at least in part upon features of the new driving event, and/or (vi) determine whether the new driving event is an actual distracted driving event or a passenger event.

Contextual searching may return search results based on a relevance of the results to a query or search terms. Characters may be input by users at a search field that may be used to define context filters for limiting the search results of the organized dataset. Triggering events may be received that may trigger the definition of context filters that may be used to obtain the subsets of search results from the organized dataset. The triggering event may be a delimiter in the character string, for example. The subset of search results may include a subset of tradeable objects that may be traded at an electronic exchange. The subset of search results may continue to be limited based on additional context filters defined from the search input at the search field.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for facilitating payments for transactions, via mobile devices and mobile telecommunications networks, is disclosed. In an embodiment, a product provider is provided with a code, such as a QRcode, which contains or references payment details for purchase of the product. A mobile user of the application scans the code and is connected to their internet banking application. The payment details are transferred to the internet banking application and the mobile user confirms that the transaction should proceed. Payment is made without any secure details being provided to the product provider.

In an embodiment, a supplemental payment services computer receives a refund request including a transaction reference and a token concerning a payment transaction between a merchant and a customer, determines that the payment transaction was effected in a real-time payment network, determines an issuer financial institution (FI) computer of an issuer FI maintaining a customer account represented by the token, transmits the refund request to the issuer FI computer, receives a favorable authorization response and transmits the authorization response to an acquirer FI computer associated with the merchant.

The method may also include mapping the requested capability to a compliance plan that defines a set of account data to be collected before activation of the capability for the account by the commerce platform. Various data inputs may be received and analyzed to determine the likelihood of obtaining a repair job. The repair job may be associated with a lead score. The lead score may indicate a likelihood of obtaining the repair job. Repair jobs with lead scores over a threshold may be pursued to obtain the repair job. Materials may be automatically ordered to preempt obtaining the repair job. Workers for carrying out the repair job may be automatically determined and scheduled.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to using machine learning to simulate an interactive voice response system. A computing platform may establish a virtual assistant session with a mobile banking application executing on a mobile device, which may include authenticating at least one authentication credential associated with an online banking account. The computing platform may receive an assistance message from the mobile device requesting assistance. Using a machine learning model, the computing platform may identify an intent of the assistance message. The computing platform may generate a response message based on the intent of the assistance message. The computing platform may send the response message and one or more commands directing the mobile device to output an audio response file based on the response message to the mobile device, which may cause the mobile device to convert the response message into the audio response file and output the audio response file.
