Abstract: A queue management system is provided having a customer device and service provider computing devices in different service provider facilities. The customer device is configured to prompt customers to select a services, receive a customer service request, and facilitate communication between the customer and a service provider in a first service provider facility. The system includes a server that receives availability information for service provider computing devices; generate virtual queues; receives a customer service request from a customer device identifying service type requested; assigns the customer service request to a virtual queue based on the availability information associated with the plurality of service providers and the service type requested; and notifies the customer of the assignment. The server is configured to consider a virtual queue for both an in-person service provider and a remote service provider when determining the virtual queue that the customer should be assigned to.

Abstract: Systems and methods may involve processing of entity data by machine learning models to produce one or more aggregate risk scores, which may be compared to one or more thresholds to determine when one or more predefined actions should be taken. The entity data may be collected for various entities related to an exam registration and delivery process, which may include a candidate, an exam, a test center, an exam registration event, a proctor, and an exam delivery event. The exam registration and delivery process may include multiple states—each being associated with a different set of entities. Aggregate risk scores for a given state may be calculated using only entity data for the set of entities associated with that state. The predetermined actions taken may also be dependent on the current state.

Abstract: An apparatus for selection based on a probabilistic quantitative field, the apparatus comprising at least a processor and a memory communicatively connected to the processor. Abstract: A voice-initiated item search is received along with a current geolocation of a device from which the voice-initiated item search was initiated. The search is translated to text, and the text search and the current geolocation are submitted as a search to locate an enterprise within a configured distance of the current geolocation and to locate a specific location for an item within that enterprise. The enterprise and the specific location for the item are provided back to an operator of the device as search results in voice and/or text. The geolocation represents a location of a consumer and the results provide enterprise specific item-level detail and item-location information for the item within an enterprise location for the consumer to quickly navigate to the item.

One method comprises obtaining a customer support ticket; extracting a topic of the customer support ticket using a topic model based on natural language processing techniques; converting the customer support ticket to a topic vector representation that identifies the extracted topic and comprises a list of words describing the topic based on a collection of processed customer support tickets; extracting features from the customer support ticket; generating a fingerprint for the customer support ticket that comprises the topic vector representation and the extracted features; applying the fingerprint to a machine learning similarity model that compares the fingerprint to fingerprints of processed customer support tickets from the collection of processed customer support tickets; and identifying a processed customer support ticket from the collection of processed customer support tickets that is related to the customer support ticket.
