Abstract: The invention relates to a hair dyeing process comprising at least one pigment, at least one additional component selected from cross linking agents and/or plasticizers and at least one block polymer comprising: a first block with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of greater than or equal to 40° C. derived from a monomer CH2?C(R1)—COOR2 in which R1=H or methyl, R2=C4 to C12 cycloalkyl group; and a second block with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of less than or equal to 20° C. derived from a vinylphosphonic acid and from a monomer CH2=C(R1)—COOR3 in which R1=H or methyl, R3=linear or branched C1 to C6 unsubstituted alkyl group, with the exception of a tert-butyl group or a methoxyethyl group.

Abstract: A composition for coloring and shampooing hair substantially free, preferably totally and completely free, of anionic surfactants, comprising at least one cationic dye, n-methyl alkyl glucamide with a carbon chain length from 8 and 20, inclusive, preferably 8 and 10, an aqueous carrier, and at least one stabilizer of anti-oxidant and free radical scavanger. By weight, (based on the total weight of the composition), the composition comprises 0.0005% to 3.0% cationic dye, 2.5 to 30% n-methyl alkyl glucamide, 30 to 70% water, and 0.01 to 0.5% stabilizers of anti-oxidant and free radical scavenger. Other ingredients, including a rheology modifying polymer, conditioning ingredients, and additional surfactants, may also be included in the composition and are also included in the scope of the invention.

Abstract: Provided is a hair dyeing composition, containing a first part containing (a) a nitrogen-containing compound expressed by the general formula (1) or a salt thereof and a second part containing a component (b) of an oxidizing agent, wherein a pH upon use is 7.5 to 12, wherein n=1 or 2, R1 and R3 to R5 represent H, a hydroxy group, and an alkyl group with C12 or less optionally having a substituent, R2 represents a hydroxy group, —R or —OR, in which R means the same as R1 to R5, and two or more of R1 to R5 may be taken together to form a 3 to 8 membered-ring optionally having a substituent.

Abstract: Oxidation colorants for coloring keratinous fibers comprising a primary intermediate and a secondary intermediate, wherein the primary intermediate comprises: a) a pyrimidine derivative wherein the pyrimidine ring is substituted with two to four amino groups and zero to two hydroxy groups; and b) 1-(2′-hydroxyethyl)-2,5-diaminobenzene or 2-(2′-hydroxyethylamino) -5-aminotoluene.
