  • Patent number: 12337566
Abstract: This disclosure relates to the technical field of shoe material processing, and in particular to a method for processing a colored pattern on a shoe outsole material. The colored pattern is printed on a fiber membrane, and the membrane material printed with the colored pattern and a manufactured rubber shoe material are then placed in a compression mold to combine them totally to achieve good quality. This disclosure can make any design pattern without limitation and effectively avoid paint peeling off and color migration issues. Moreover, as the processing process is implemented by compression molding, it causes no pollution and is environment-friendly.

  • Patent number: 12336543
Abstract: A pastry cutter is provided to efficiently cut individual wafers from rolled dough. It features a detachable head and handle, allowing the head to press into the dough to create wafers while simultaneously perforating them with a grid of spikes. The head enclosure includes a cutter edge for defining the wafer shape and cleanout apertures for easy maintenance. An internal dough pusher, aided by springs, ejects the cut wafers from the head to ensure they do not stick. The design aims to streamline the production of wafer cookies or similar thin pastries by combining cutting, perforating, and ejecting functions in a single tool.

  • Patent number: 12337560
Abstract: A method and assembly for removing an intraocular lens from an injection molded mold half. With the method and the assembly, first spill ring material is removed from the mold half. Subsequently, the mold/lens-assembly is subjected to an oscillating mechanical load without substantial deformation of at least a part of the mold half that is in direct contact with the lens body. The oscillating mechanical load has an oscillation frequency which is in a range that excites the mold/lens-assembly to break bonds between the intraocular lens and the mold half. After that, a static mechanical push force is exerted on the bottom side of the mold half to at least partly separate the intraocular lens from the mold half.

  • Patent number: 12279944
Abstract: Bio-adhesive textured surfaces and methods of making the same are described which allow implants to be localized within a living body. Hierarchical levels of texture on an implantable medical device, some capable of establishing a Wenzel state and others a Cassie state, may be employed to interface with living structures to provide resistance to device migration. Since a gaseous state is traditionally required to establish a Cassie or Wenzel state, and gases do not remain long in living tissue, described herein are tissue/device interactions analogous to the above states with the component normally represented by a gas replaced by a bodily constituent, wherein separation of tissue constituents develops and an analogous Cassie, Wenzel, or Cassie-Wenzel state evolves. Further methods of making molds to produce said devices are described herein.
