Abstract: Aspects disclosed herein generally relate to beverage systems. Particularly, beverage systems comprising a straw mechanism that is removably secured to a lid structure. The beverage systems in accordance with aspects herein have straw mechanisms that are selectively leak-proof.

Abstract: A closure assembly for a container, comprising a coupling member adapted for engaging with an opening of the container and a lid assembly connected with the coupling member forming a closure for the opening. The lid assembly comprising a support member pivotably mounted to the coupling member, a closure member rotatably supported by the support member for allowing rotational movement with respect to the support member, and adapted for forming a closure engagement with an outlet of the coupling member. The closure assembly is provided with a locking mechanism configured for selectively maintaining the closure engagement, with the closure member rotatable between a first position in which the closure member and the outlet is sealed, and a second position in which the closure member is free to be disengaged from the outlet.

Abstract: A personal paint and brush holder apparatus for holding paint and brushes near a body of a user includes a pouch with an open top end. A waist strap and a thigh strap attach the pouch to the user. A container is removably positionable in a use position in which the pouch holds the container. The container defines a paint reservoir for holding paint. A brush holding compartment is also provided.

Abstract: A drinkware apparatus includes a liquid container with a reservoir therein, the liquid container having an exterior surface, and a dispensing lid that engages with the liquid container, the dispensing lid having an exterior surface. A pair of hinge lugs extend outwardly from the exterior surface of the liquid container or outwardly from the exterior surface of the dispensing lid, each of the hinge lugs having a mounting surface that opposes the mounting surface of the other hinge lug. Each of a pair of opposing hinge posts extends from the mounting surface of a respective one of the hinge lugs and is positioned between the hinge lugs. A carrying arm is rotatable about the hinge posts when mounted thereon. The carrying arm is selectively removable from and selectively remountable on the hinge posts without adjustment of the hinge posts, hinge lugs, dispensing lid, or liquid container.

Abstract: A closure system including a cap and a spout, where the cap and/or spout contain at least one discrete layer of barrier material. In one example, the spout includes a conduit and a seal member, the conduit being arranged about an imaginary axis and the seal member having one or more surfaces configured to be secured to a container. The cap includes an inner circumferential surface, the inner circumferential surface arranged to encompass the conduit. The cap also includes a first discrete layer of thermoplastic resin and a first discrete layer of barrier material and the seal member includes a second discrete layer of thermoplastic resin and a second discrete layer of barrier material.

Abstract: A food container and its method of construction are disclosed herein. In an embodiment, the food container includes a body and a lid assembly. The body has an interior space. The lid assembly lid assembly includes at least one slide part and a rotating part. The at least one slide part is configured to translate linearly when the rotating part is rotated by a user to cause the interior space to be sealed or unsealed.

Abstract: A foldable container includes a foldable supporting frame, at least one operation switch arranged on the foldable supporting frame, and a container body supported on the foldable supporting frame. The operation switch is actuated through a pulling operation to move the foldable supporting frame between an unfolded mode and a folded mode. The container has an edge and an opening formed within the edge. At the unfolded mode, the opening is opened. At the folded mode, the opening is closed. The container body is automatically folded as the foldable supporting frame is moved from the unfolded mode to the folded mode. Via a folding method, the foldable supporting frame is folded to reduce an overall size for occupying less storage space when it is not in use.

Abstract: A water bottle for pet includes a flexible water bowl, a bottle body and a switch unit, wherein the flexible water bowl has a top opening and a water inlet provided at a bottom thereof, the bottle body is coupled to the flexible water bowl in such a manner that water is allowed to be fed into the flexible water bowl through the water inlet, the switch unit, which is arranged between the flexible water bowl and the bottle body, includes a fixing seat having a water port which is aligned with the water inlet of the flexible water bowl and a displacement valve having a water access hole and a water sealing member, wherein one of the water access hole and the water sealing member is selectively aligned with the water port by relative movement between the displacement valve and the fixing seat, so as to result in open or close of the water port.

Abstract: A leak resistant lid assembly for a beverage container where the lid assembly has a straw or similar means for a user to drink liquid is disclosed. The lid assembly may include a base, a straw that extends through the base, a gasket, and a grommet. The base may have a primary opening that receives the straw and a secondary opening in the top of the base, where the secondary opening acts as a vent to prevent a vacuum from occurring when drinking from a straw. The grommet may have a spiral ring may help create a flow path for air from inside the beverage container to the exterior environment.

Abstract: A security device for locking to a container in blocking access to content of the container. The security device has a locking mechanism contained within a housing, the locking mechanism includes a slider for sliding within the housing between an unlocked state and a locking state; and a catch mounted within the housing for displacement relative to the slider. The catch has a blocking condition in which it blocks sliding of the slider between its unlocked and locking states, and an activated condition in which the catch is displaced from its blocking condition in response to an activating action applied externally to the security device, the catch reverting to its blocking condition on termination of application of the activating action. The security device further includes a component coupled to the slider for locking the security device to the container as aforesaid when the slider is in its locking state.

The closure includes a first and second closure portion. The first closure portion includes a top wall portion, a skirt portion, and first and second frangible connections. The first frangible connection extends around the closure circumference. The second frangible connection is spaced from the first frangible connection. At least a portion of the second frangible connection is located further from the top wall portion than a portion of the first frangible connection. The second frangible connection defines an area adapted to form a tab. The second closure portion includes a tamper-evident band. The closure is adapted to be opened by twisting to break the frangible connections and expose the tab and then flipping the first closure portion from the second closure portion via the exposed tab. The closure is adapted to be locked when flipped.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are tethered cap and spout combinations. The tethered cap and spout combinations prevent loss of the cap after opening. The tethered cap and spout combinations may provide mechanisms for puncturing or opening a seal that may be present at a throat or neck of the container which provides both an anti-tampering and freshness function. In an implementation, the tethered cap and spout combinations may provide anti-tampering mechanisms. The tethered cap and spout combinations may provide mechanisms to hold an opened and tethered cap away from the container opening during use.
