Each rod is provided on one end thereof with an internal thread and on the other end thereof with an external thread. Each end with an internal thread of the foot is inserted into one hole on the bottom plate, while the end with an internal thread of the foot is threadedly engaged with the end of the rod with an external thread. The other end of the rod with an internal thread is inserted into a hole on the intermediate plate. The end with an external thread of a seal is threadedly inserted into the end with an internal thread of the first mentioned rod.

A cover includes a body of a size smaller than the channel, yet larger than the cutout and a downwardly opening threaded collar affixed to the body for threadably mounting a storage jar. The cover is removably receivable in the channel with the collar positioned above the cutout. The body bears on the bottom wall with a jar mounted to the collar extending downwardly through the cutout.

A horizontal support panel extends outwardly from the door and base. An auxiliary support panel may also extend outwardly from the door and the base. The auxiliary panel extends parallel to but beneath the primary support panel. Each panel has at least one elongated slot penetrating its surface, although there may be more. The slots preferably run parallel to one another and perpendicularly intersect the base. An elongated leg protrudes outwardly from each slot toward the base. Each leg has a foot on one end that secures the leg to the panel. The foot comprises a follower that moves in the slot.
