Abstract: Systems and methods for rapid installation of modular sinks into cabinetry are described. In an embodiment, a sink system includes a sink basin including a rim sized and dimensioned to extend from a back surface of a countertop of the cabinet system to beyond a front surface of the countertop. At least a portion of the sink basin is sized and dimensioned to fit between a first cut extending from the back surface of the countertop to the front surface of the countertop and a second cut extending from the back surface of the countertop to the front surface of the countertop. The sink basin includes a front portion angled downward from the rim to cover at least a portion of the front surface of the countertop. The sink basin including a lip extending outwardly from a bottom portion of the front portion.

Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments for facilitating the installation of a toilet over a closet collar for a drain pipe. In one or more embodiments, a toilet seal assembly includes a seal ring, a component including a seal ring receptacle and a funnel, a sealing washer, and a plate. The seal ring can be configured to be positioned over a toilet closet collar. The seal ring receptacle can be configured to be positioned over the seal ring, and the funnel can be configured to be inserted into the toilet closet collar. The sealing washer can be configured to be positioned over the component having the seal ring and the funnel. The plate can be configured to be positioned over the sealing washer and under the toilet.

Abstract: A bathtub system includes a bathtub body and a bath plate. The bath tub body defines a bathing volume. The bath plate is configured to detachably connect with the bathtub body within the bathing volume. Abstract: A flapper assembly for a flush valve as well as method of assembly are provided. The flapper assembly includes a frame and multiple buoyancy assemblies attachable to the frame so as to adjust the buoyancy of the flapper assembly. The flapper assembly kit may have adjustable legs attachable to the frame. The flapper assembly kit may have multiple seal members for use in sealing with different sized/shaped valve seats of different sized flush valves.

Abstract: A sink is provided. The sink includes a basin having a front wall. The sink includes a rim supported at and extending outwardly from an upper end of the front wall in a substantially horizontal orientation. The sink includes an apron extending from the rim. The apron extends vertically between a top wall and an opposing bottom wall and laterally between a first side wall and an opposing second side wall. The apron is coupled to the basin only at the top wall of the apron by the rim. The apron extends laterally outward past the rim such that a first rear edge of the first side wall and a second rear edge of the second side wall are spaced apart from the rim.

Abstract: A handwash station being frontally accessible from a user position, in which the hand-wash station has a base body including a front side, left side and right side, which base body supports a pivotally connected sink unit including a sink and a faucet for dispensing water. The handwash station is convertible from a left to a right version. In the left version, the sink unit is pivotable to the left side about a left pivot, and in the right version, the sink unit is pivotable to the right side about a right pivot. Due to the convertibility, the same handwash station is suitable to be placed either against a left or a right side wall of a portable restroom.

The elastic water stop plug is composed of a main body around with elastic blocks, a pressure positioning piece, a lifting piece, and springs that are arranged inside the shaft tube of the main body, and a plug cap that is locked in the pressure positioning piece. The elastic blocks can be elastically against with a water pipe, so that the elastic water stop plug can be elastically clamped in a water pipe, which is easy to install and replace, and easy to take out and clean dirt.

Abstract: A self-lowering toilet seat system includes a toilet bowl and a toilet seat. The system includes a hinge rotatably coupling the toilet seat and the toilet bowl. The hinge is configured so that the toilet seat is transitionable between a down position and an up position. A lowering device is configured to self-lower the toilet seat towards the down position. A fixedly sealed hinge housing has a delay device therein. The delay device is configured to cause a seat time delay before the lowering device causes the toilet seat to lower towards the down position. The delay device is engaged by applying a seat lifting force to raise the toilet seat towards the up position and removing the seat lifting force from the toilet seat. The delay device is configured to reset the seat time delay when the lifting force is reapplied before the delay device has expired.

Abstract: A portable, lightweight toilet system is collapsible into the small pouch that is easily stored in the glove compartment of a vehicle or carried on a belt loop of an outdoor person. The device has a built-in shovel to dig cat holes and an LED to provide nighttime illumination. It allows outdoors people to go to the bathroom in relative comfort, carrying a minimum of gear. The device can be collapsed into a carrying bag and is easily carried in a backpack on a belt loop or in the glove compartment of the vehicle.

Abstract: Disclosed are a prefabricated/modular sauna and methods of manufacturing and assembling a prefabricated/modular sauna. For instance, a prefabricated/modular sauna may include: a base frame; a plurality of posts; a plurality of panels; a roof frame; and a roof panel. The base frame and the roof frame include beams and have beam intersections between adjacent beams, each beam intersection is formed of a lap joint and a connector. The panels are secured in post dados of the posts and beam dados of the beams. The posts are secured in notches of base frame beams and roof frame beams. In some cases, the panels include a pre-packaged sauna assembly panel. In some cases, panels and posts are secured against loading forces, lateral forces, or compression forces by (1) interconnected beams and posts in compression or tension, and (2) mechanical connectors (e.g., pins, bolts, screws).

Abstract: Systems, devices, and methods are disclosed herein for ultraviolet saunas. Systems include a plurality of walls of an enclosure, the enclosure being a sauna enclosure configured to accommodate a user. The systems further include a plurality of heating elements coupled to the plurality of walls, a plurality of emissive elements configured to generate ultraviolet (UV) light, and a controller coupled to the plurality of heating elements and the plurality of emissive elements. The controller includes one or more processors configured to generate activation properties for each of the plurality of heating elements and the plurality of emissive elements, activate at least one of the plurality of heating elements based on the plurality of activation properties, and activate the at least one emissive element based on the plurality of activation properties.

Abstract: Mounting systems for waste disposers such as food waste disposers, waste disposers employing such systems, and related methods are disclosed herein. In one example embodiment, a mounting system includes a tubular structure extending between first and second ends, and an enclosure structure configured to be able to support, at least indirectly, the waste disposer. Further, the mounting system includes an elastomeric member coupled to each of the tubular structure, the enclosure structure, and the waste disposer. Additionally, the mounting system includes one or more backup support features that is or are configured to enable the enclosure structure and the waste disposer to be supported relative to the tubular structure when the elastomeric member is unable unilaterally to provide a desired support level of the enclosure structure and the waste disposer relative to the tubular structure.
