Abstract: A heating device is provided with plates stacked one on top of another. At least one first fluid channel is formed in a fluid-tight manner between a first plate package with a first and a second plate. An electrical heating element is arranged between a first plate of the first plate package and an additional plate. The electrical heating element is accommodated between the two plates in a sealed manner and is electrically insulated, wherein an inlet-side and an outlet side fluid connection of the first fluid channel is arranged on the second plate of the first plate package. The electrical heating element has a connection device for electrical contacting, which is connected to the electrical heating element and protrudes through a window in the second plate of the first plate package, wherein the fluid connections and the window are arranged adjacent to opposing lateral edges of the second plate.

Abstract: A spot welding quality check system, which can be easily used and can be adapted to various situations. The check system has: a pair of electrodes configured to move toward or away from each other and apply current to a workpiece while pressurizing the workpiece; a displacement detecting part which detects an amount of displacement between the electrodes during spot welding; a checking part which estimates as to whether welding quality is good or poor by using an inner function, based on the detected amount of displacement; a correction receiving part which receives a correction by an operator regarding the estimated welding quality; and a learning part which updates the inner function based on an estimation result when the correction receiving part does not receive the correction, and updates the inner function based on a content of the correction when the correction receiving part receives the correction.
Abstract: A laser processing system including a laser processing unit, a controller controlling the processing unit according to a laser processing program, and a restart preparation apparatus performing a preparation process of the controller to resume the program execution after being suspended. The restart preparation apparatus includes an operating state judging section judging whether an operating state of the processing unit when suspending the program execution is in course of laser processing, and a restart condition specifying section specifying a restart condition of the processing unit when resuming the program execution, from among predetermined conditions, based on a judgment result.
Abstract: A heating device for a fluid line has a heat-conductive pipe segment to be flowed through by a fluid. An electrical heating element that heats the pipe segment is provided. An electrical plug connection device is provided, wherein contact elements connect the heating element electrically to the plug connection device. A fastening element attaches the heating element and the contact elements to the pipe segment. A plastic housing encapsulates the fastening element, the heating element, and the pipe segment.
