Abstract: A method for playing a blackjack game wherein players compete against one another, rather than a dealer, to win. A player may win by having a blackjack, a double blackjack or 21. If a player does not have a blackjack, double blackjack or 21, the player whose hand value is closest to 21 than that of any other players of the game wins. If two or more players have the same total, then the player with the most number of cards in his hand wins. If the total value and number of the cards are the same, the hand with the highest ranking black card, which is the card closest to the blackjack, wins the pot. Other variations of the game include a blackjack pot and a super jackpot wherein a player wins if he or she has a predetermined hand. The game may be played with or without a conventional gaming establishment dealer.
Abstract: A multi-part construction toy incorporating rod and connector elements, as well as block elements, modified in a way to accommodate the building of hybrid structures utilizing both types of building components. Specialized adapter blocks are provided with openings for receiving special adapter rods. A connector element may be attached in the usual manner to an adapter rod projecting from a block element. For existing rod and connector construction toy sets, the adapter blocks are specially dimensioned to enable multiple attachment points to be established such that complex hybrid structures can be formed. For the large existing base of block type sets, the invention provides a specially dimensioned rod and connector set, compatible with existing toy construction blocks, such that the complex hybrid structures described above can also be executed utilizing existing block elements of standard dimensions.

Abstract: A remotely controlled toy vehicle appears to drift when turning, appearing to slide into the turn, by having a rear driving platform that swivels under a main body of a chassis. In addition to making the chassis appear to slide, the rear driving platform induces a tilt of the chassis into the turn, simulating a car suspension shifting toward the slide. Dummy rear wheels attached to pivoting trailing arms assist in obscuring the rear driving platform and make the toy vehicle appear more realistic. Castoring front wheels further enhance the drifting effect.
Abstract: A golf club putter head includes a faceplate groove pattern configured to provide the putter head with an elevated center of gravity. In one preferred form, a club head body defines a faceplate having at least one and preferably multiple elongated grooves formed therein to extend generally in a heel-to-toe direction, with at least one groove positioned above a vertical mid-point of the club head body. The groove depths progressively increase in a top-to-bottom direction so that the putter head center of gravity is elevated to a position spaced above the vertical mid-point of the club head body. When striking a golf ball, the elevated center of gravity functions to minimize initial ball skidding and to promote early smooth ball roll toward a target such as a cup on a golf green.
Abstract: A reinforced lacrosse head having improved strength includes a pair of opposing sidewall portions each having a top end and a bottom end, a scoop portion extending between the sidewall portions, a base portion extending between the bottom ends of the sidewall portions, and a throat portion extending from the base portion for attachment to a lacrosse handle.
