Abstract: A robot includes a body, a wheel having a ground contacting surface when moving, and a wheel drive mechanism that drives the wheel so as to advance from a housing space provided in the body to an exterior and withdraw. The wheel drive mechanism causes the wheel to withdraw to the housing space in a non-ground contacting state when a housing condition is satisfied. The body has a ground contacting bottom face that comes into contact with the ground when the wheel is housed in the housing space in a non-ground contacting state.
Abstract: A magnetic toy construction block has an interior configured to house a radially magnetized ring magnet, which is rotatably supported within the block by a pair of pedestals extending into the interior of the block from opposite ends thereof. The positions of the poles of the ring magnet are variable relative to the sides of the block in response to the rotation of the ring magnet.
Abstract: A sport ball includes a casing that includes a plurality of joined panels and defines a cavity. The casing includes at least a first panel having (a) a first layer positioned to form a portion of an exterior surface of the sport ball, (b) a second layer disposed adjacent to the first layer, and (c) a third layer disposed adjacent to the second layer. The first panel defines a first indentation and a second indentation spaced apart from the first indentation. The first indentation has a first depth and the second indentation has a second depth that is less than the first depth. The first depth is from 0.5 times to 4 times larger than the second depth. The sport ball also includes a bladder disposed within the cavity.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to water effect play structures for use in playgrounds, splash pads, and water parks. The play structures comprise a plurality of water tanks maintained at an elevation above a play surface. Each of the plurality of water tanks fills with water and then releases the water contained therein, splashing children in the vicinity. Each of the plurality of water tanks may be configured to release the water contained therein at different times. Further, in some embodiments, the water tanks may be enclosed, such as by being connected to a water transport system that fills the tanks internally and by having a movable cover over the opening(s) through which the water is released.

Abstract: Described herein is a method for producing a toy, in particular a toy car. According to a preferred embodiment, said method envisages implementing a process of injection moulding that envisages a first step of forming the base body (40) of the toy car, and, then, a second step of forming the wheels (60), which is carried out directly on the base body formed previously. The two springs are mounted on a top of the engagement protrusion, and two ends of each spring abut against the engagement protrusion and the fixing holder respectively so that each spring forces the engagement protrusion to engage with the rack.
Abstract: A model toy includes: a tray support configured to support a supported portion of a tray including first and second opposite placement portions; a housing supporting the tray support rotatably around a first axis and having an opening; a door supported rotatably around a second axis and provided at the opening. The door includes a main body and a regulated portion which are provided at symmetrical positions with respect to the second axis. When the tray support is in an intermediate angle range between a first angle posture and a second angle posture reversed from the first angle posture, at least part of the tray support is located closer to the regulated portion than that in the first and second angle postures such that the tray support regulates an opening operation of the door and supports the door in a closed state.

Abstract: A toy road paving device (toy dispenser) is provided that simulates a real-world road paving machine by dispensing, laying down, cutting, and smoothing either one or multiple strips of spooled tape material upon a hard, flat surface such as a table or floor. The device “paves” the tape road easily, smoothly, evenly, and without the risk of tearing the tape material from excess stress. More generally, the device can lay out any toy play surface printed on tape, a strip of paper, or other material. The device can be operated manually or mechanically powered.
Abstract: A tee ball stand with a ball holder fitted to a two-piece adjustable stanchion received by a flex sleeve supported from a base hub. Weighted legs formed from hexagonal tubing are fitted at right angles into hex sockets of the base hub to prevent twisting. Abstract: A pocket stabilizer for maintaining the spacing between the sidewalls of a lacrosse rim, comprising: a pair of ears each including an upper helix, a lower lobe and a medial segment disposed therebetween. The upper helix of the pair define a first dimension corresponding to a first sidewall spacing and the lower lobes of the pair define a second dimension corresponding to a second sidewall spacing. A stabilizing member is disposed between and integrates the medial segments of the pair of ears. The pocket stabilizer is placed within the pocket of the lacrosse head and slid downwardly into the throat such that the lower lobes and medial segments are wedged between the sidewalls of the lacrosse head rim to retain the shape of the rim and prevent plastic deformation thereof while the lacrosse head is not in use.

To inhibit sagging of the barrier, a retractor is connected to the barrier and to a retractor receiver to draw the barrier taut and away from the exit opening of the object projecting device.

Abstract: A practice device with an integrated signal emitter that can provide a visual indicator. The practice device includes a dual-arm sleeve in which both arms can be inserted to form a platform for ball handling. The signal emitter integrated with the dual-arm sleeve provides a visual indicator that can effectively teach a player how their arm and body stance will affect the ball trajectory. When utilized with a target, the practice device helps a player learn how to achieve the correct arm and body stance from any location or position on the court in order to achieve the desired ball placement.
Abstract: A collapsible sports goal having frame elements and connector joint assemblies that interconnect the frame elements. Each of the connector joint assemblies receives and interconnects two separate frame elements. The connector joint assemblies have a first leg and a second leg that are joined by a hinge that enables movement between a parallel configuration and a perpendicular configuration. Each first leg has a spring-loaded locking finger extending therefrom and each second leg has a finger engagement hole therein. The locking finger on the first leg engages the finger engagement hole on the second leg when the first leg and the second leg are in their perpendicular configuration.
