Abstract: In an example method of forming an optical film for an eyepiece, a curable material is dispensed into a space between a first and a second mold surface. A position of the first mold surface relative to the second mold surface is measured using a plurality of sensors. Each sensor measures a respective relative distance along a respective measurement axis between a respective point on a planar portion of the first mold surface and a respective point on a planar portion of the second mold surface. The measurement axes are parallel to each other, and the points define corresponding triangles on the first and second mold surfaces, respectively. The position of the first mold surface is adjusted relative to the second mold surface based on the measured position, and the curable material is cured to form the optical film.

An additive manufacturing method is also disclosed. Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of solid waste recycling and fabricated buildings, and provides a solid waste large-mixing-amount concrete prefabricated laminated slab and a preparation method thereof. The solid waste large-mixing-amount concrete prefabricated laminated slab provided by the present disclosure comprises a prefabricated layer and a laminated layer. Transverse grooves and longitudinal grooves are formed in the surface of the prefabricated layer. During application, the grooves can be used for erecting pipelines, the contact area of the prefabricated layer and the laminated layer can also be increased, the combined effect of new concrete and old concrete is improved, the integrity of a floor slab is enhanced, and the effect of improving the overall stress capacity of the floor slab is achieved.
Abstract: A sheet processing device includes a conveyor, a rotator, a separator, and control circuitry. The conveyor conveys a sheet-shaped medium into a two-ply sheet in which two sheets are overlaid and partially bonded, and includes a drive roller and a driven roller. The rotator winds the two-ply sheet. The separator separates the two sheets of the two-ply sheet. The control circuitry causes the conveyor to convey the two-ply sheet in a winding direction to wind the two-ply sheet around the rotator to generate a space between the two sheets, and causes the separator to insert into the space between the two sheets to separate the two sheets. The drive roller and the rotator are disposed on a same side with respect to a sheet conveyance passage of the two-ply sheet, and the driven roller and the rotator are disposed on opposite sides with respect to the sheet conveyance passage.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a process. In an embodiment, the process includes elongating a multilayer film to a impart a haze value greater than 30% to the multilayer film. The multilayer film has at least two layers: (A) a core layer composed of an ethylene/?-olefin multi-block copolymer and (B) a first skin layer in contact with the core layer, the skin layer composed of an ethylene-based polymer. The process includes releasing the elongating force from the elongated multilayer film to form a hazed multilayer film having a haze value greater than 30%. The process includes stretching the hazed multilayer film to form a stretched multilayer film having a clarity value greater than 80%. The process includes relaxing the stretch force from the stretched multilayer film to form a relaxed multilayer film having a haze value greater than 30%.

Abstract: A macro-molecular leakage-free self-adhering aluminum foil has two layers of aluminum foil compounded using a PET film, and the other surfaces of each layer coated with a modified PE adhesive layer respectively; or air gaps in one surface or two surfaces are filled with nano-aluminum to form a permeable air gap-free surface. The foil has advantages: 1, high folding resistance, fatigue resistance and strength 2, wrapping self-adhering performance is good, and stripping strength formed after adhesion is several times as high as that of the prior art; 3, air gaps in the surface of the aluminum foil filled with nano-aluminum powder result in improved compactness; manufacture from low-grade aluminum foil, and so that rolling precision requirements are lowered, and manufacturing cost reduced; 4, insulating strength is high, shielding effect is good, the return loss phenomenon is avoided, and tensile strength is good.
Abstract: A method of applying an adhesive film to a component includes applying an adhesive film to a surface of a component, wherein the adhesive film is positioned between the surface and an elastic membrane, the elastic membrane is transferred into a curved state with a convex and a concave side and contacted with the surface with the convex side first such that an adhesive layer of the adhesive film is pressed onto the surface in a full-area by the elastic membrane, the adhesive layer is pressed onto the surface in a full-area by a negative pressure being applied to that side of the elastic membrane facing towards the adhesive film, and to stabilize the component against deformation brought about by this negative pressure, the elastic membrane along with the adhesive film is pushed against the surface of the component with a plunger means.

Abstract: A laminating device inserts a sheet-shaped medium into a two-ply sheet in which two sheets are overlaid and partially bonded, and includes a loader, a fixing device, and control circuitry. The loader loads the sheet-shaped medium or a cleaning sheet. The fixing device laminates the two-ply sheet in which the sheet-shaped medium is sandwiched between the two sheets of the two-ply sheet. The control circuitry performs a cleaning mode of conveying a plurality of cleaning sheets from the loader to clean the fixing device. Abstract: The invention relates to compositions and methods of treatment employing compositions comprising polyelectrolyte complexes.
