Abstract: System, apparatus, and methods are disclosed for determining, through vehicle-to-vehicle communication, a drafting characteristic of a drafting relationship using vehicle operational data, where the drafting characteristic may include one or more of a vehicle spacing between a first vehicle and a second vehicle, vehicle speed, and vehicle type. Vehicle driving data and other information may be used to calculate an autonomous droning reward amount. In addition, vehicle involved in a drafting relationship in addition to, or apart from, an autonomous droning relationship may be financially rewarded. Moreover, aspects of the disclosure related to determining ruminative rewards and/or aspects of vehicle insurance procurement/underwriting.

The system identifies a request to purchase an open loop prepaid gift account which can be used to make a purchase at a merchant, presents a menu from which a customer can select the merchant, and receives a selection. Based on the selection, the system presents an option to load funds onto the open loop prepaid gift account and, upon receipt of payment, creates the open loop prepaid gift account and loads the open loop prepaid gift account with money, wherein information associated with the open loop prepaid gift account is encoded onto a physical card, and wherein merchant information is printed on the physical card according to an authorization from the merchant, the merchant information including at least one of a legal name, a trade name, a logotype, and a marketing tagline of the merchant.

Abstract: A system and method for replacing a customer's debit card payment with a one-time loan at a point of sale (POS) is disclosed. The method receives, at a POS, a debit card input from a customer to be used as a transaction payment. The POS obtains, from the debit card input, identification information for the customer. A total monetary amount of the transaction payment and the identification information is provided to a one-time loan provider's computer system. The one-time loan provider's system uses the customer identification information to perform a credit screening for the total monetary amount of the transaction payment. The one-time loan provider's system provides to the POS a one-time loan offer for the customer. The one-time loan offer to be used in place of the debit card input to make the transaction payment.

Abstract: A heuristic engine includes capabilities to collect an unstructured data set and a current business context to calculate a credit worthiness score. Providing a heuristic algorithm, executing within the engine, with the data set and the context may allow determination of predicted future contexts and recommend subsequent actions, such as assessing a credit risk of a customer transaction and reducing the risk of customer transactions by processing the available data. Such heuristic algorithms may learn from past data transactions and appropriate correlations with events and available data.

Abstract: Systems and methods for authorizing a blockchain transaction. A verification network receives a transaction request for the blockchain transaction from a payer device including a first signature generated by a first private key associated with a payer. The verification network broadcasts a verification request to verification system(s) which assess pre-agreed threshold parameters. If the parameter(s) are satisfied, at least one verification system perfects the transaction by generating a second signature using a second private key, and broadcasts the transaction to the blockchain network. If the parameter(s) are not satisfied, verification offer(s) from among the verification system(s) including the second signature(s) are used to prompt the payer device to confirm the blockchain transaction by selecting at least one of the offer(s).

A computing device first determines that a trigger has occurred for a scheduled transaction for a first payment network. Then, the computing device identifies a network identifier for the recipient and a participant identifier for a recipient of the scheduled transaction. Next, the computing device determines, based at least in part on the network identifier, that the recipient of the scheduled transaction is associated with a second payment network. Subsequently, the computing device generates a payment request representing the scheduled transaction, the payment request comprising the network identifier for the recipient and the participant identifier for the recipient.
