    Abstract: A spout fitment has a spout for dispensing liquid into or out of a flexible container, the spout passing through a base portion that is connected to attachment ribs for sealing to the flexible container. The attachment ribs can contain a sharp edge to facilitate improved adhesion of the flexible container to the attachment ribs of the spout fitment. The attachment ribs can also contain a beveled edge that can provide mechanical support to the attachment sites between the spout fitment and the flexible container. Other embodiments can include a base portion having lateral attachment walls containing a series of elevated ridges that provide extended areas of focal contact between the spout fitment and the flexible container. The base portion can include one or more pockets for holding and manipulating the spout fitment while it is attached to the flexible container.

The cap has an outer facing portion and a lip, and the cap receiving portion has an inner facing portion adjacent to a top rim. Surfaces on the cap that would otherwise engage the rim and surfaces of the cap receiving portion, are cutaway to create recesses in such surfaces, which together with the top rim and surfaces of the cap receiving portion define an air vent which allows air to pass into the chamber when beverage is dispensed from the chamber via the spout when the cap is in the pour configuration.

    Abstract: A fresh-keeping bottle includes a volumetric bottle having a bottle cap, a bottle body and a base. The upper end of the bottle body has a liquid squeezing outlet. The upper edge of the bottle bottom is fixed in the inner wall of the cylindrical support. The liquid can be squeezed from the fresh-keeping bottle by pressing with a single hand without leakage. Solid and liquid materials can be separately packed at the upper and lower parts of a package bottle through tinfoil, which is punctured through sharp protrusion of the bottle bottom to mix the solid and liquid materials. The bottle keeps the powder fresh in transmission and storage and can simply mix the solid and liquid material together without needing special work when in use.
