  • Patent number: 11954692
Abstract: Provided is a method, computer program product, and system for mitigating user dissatisfaction with a product. A processor may collect a first set of user interaction data and a first set of user sentiment data related to the product. The processor may generate a user profile for the user, including a satisfaction threshold for using the product based in part on the first set of user interaction data and the first set of user sentiment data. The processor may monitor a second set of user interaction data and a second set of user sentiment data. The processor may compare the second set of user interaction data and the second set of user sentiment data to the satisfaction threshold and determine that the user is experiencing dissatisfaction with the product when the satisfaction threshold has been exceeded. In response, the processor may output an action to reduce dissatisfaction of the user.

  • Patent number: 11954750
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for determining an accuracy of crowd-sourced information. One or more servers can be configured to interact with and receive information from a plurality of devices/sources about an event, which may include, for example, sensors, social media platforms, and user inputs. The system can analyze information about the source and information about the event received from a source to determine the reliability and accuracy of the received information. This information can be cross-checked with social media posts, nearby sensor data, and other inputs to verify authenticity and accuracy. If an event is verified or deemed reliable, an alert can be transmitted to one or more recipients.

  • Patent number: 11954695
Abstract: A farmed fish tracking and verification system involves introducing biomarkers into a batch of farmed fish, and storing biomarker information in a database. Other information is also stored in the database, such as production information and funding information. Funding information can include information regarding funders who have contributed funds for the production of the fish. The funding information can also include payment instructions for the funders. Once the fish is processed, and a fish product is delivered to a customer, the fish product can be scanned to detect the biomarker information for approval. The database can then be queried using the biomarker information to track and verify information about the fish. Once the fish product is approved and sold to a customer, a portion of the proceeds can be transferred directly to one or more funders accounts based on the payment instructions.

  • Patent number: 11893590
Abstract: Concepts and technologies disclosed herein are directed to interpretation workflows for machine learning-enabled event tree-based diagnostic and customer problem resolution. According to one aspect, a system can receive a workflow construction specification derived from a machine learning-enabled event tree (“MLET”). The MLET can be generated for use by a customer service agent to resolve a customer problem. The workflow construction specification can include a plurality of objects, each of which represents a navigation path through the MLET. The system can traverse the workflow construction specification and can create a set of workflow creation commands based upon at least one policy. The system can generate a workflow visualization interpretation file based upon the set of workflow creation commands. The workflow visualization interpretation file can identify how the MLET derived a root cause of the customer problem.

  • Patent number: 11895115
Abstract: One issue with many dating applications is that the number of matches can become overwhelming, making it difficult for a user to continue to communicate meaningfully with those individuals with whom they have been matched. According to various techniques described herein, a limit can be placed on the number of active matches (or conversations) for each user, and the user's profile may be temporarily hidden from view of other individuals when this limit has been reached. Such a condition is referred to as “saturation.” Once the user unmatches one or more individuals, so that they are no longer at the maximum, their profile may again be made available and therefore visible to other individuals.

  • Patent number: 11880847
Abstract: In some implementations, a device may determine an interaction profile for a provider that is to engage with a user in a communication session. The interaction profile may be based on interaction data relating to interpersonal interactions involving the provider during one or more previous communication sessions. The interaction profile may indicate a bias of the provider in connection with one or more categories of users. The device may generate, based on the interaction profile, a visual representation that depicts at least a face of a person for presentation to the provider during the communication session. One or more characteristics associated with the one or more categories of users may be absent from the face of the person. The device may cause presentation of the visual representation to the provider during the communication session.

  • Patent number: 11868966
Abstract: A networking database and system into which profile information is aggregated from online websites and services to correlate discovered identities to one another via Intra-Personal Relationships, Inter-Personal Relationships, and Profile Information. Profile Information, Inter-Personal Relationships and related content of those identities which have been determined to have an Intra-Personal relationship are aggregated into Meta-Profiles. The aggregated Meta-Profiles' information is used in place of their component Intra-Related identities for optimized social graph operations, content customization, and audience operations such as: analysis, metrics, profiling and targeting. The system may define, categorize and group both identities and relationships belonging to individuals registered with the system and unregistered users through computational analysis. The system may be provided with Identities and Relationships directly from users, via third-party systems, or through automated discovery.

  • Patent number: 11830012
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for complying with customs regulations for overseas shipments. The customs compliance systems and methods rely on current data to timely and accurately submit (or correct and resubmit) an “Importer Security Filing” or “ISF” to a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (“U.S. CBP”) authority. In particular, the present systems retrieve (e.g., using various APIs) and rely on current data from the most accurate or up-to-date sources of such data. Moreover, each ISF record is handled independently, retrieving the current data as needed rather than in sequential, batched requests. As a result, errors and time for processing ISF submissions are reduced because accurate data is more readily and promptly available.

  • Patent number: 11816637
Abstract: Employers or recruiters populate an online database with job postings. The concepts that job applicants need to have learned to be successful applicants for a job are stated or inferred from the job posting and optionally resumes of others who have held that job. A student's own learning activities are logged by an online education platform. From a comparison between the student's completed learning units and a job posting's required learning units, a personalized learning unit gap can be identified for a student. The online education platform can then recommend how the student can fill the gap by undertaking the study of learning units on the education platform.

  • Patent number: 11810127
Abstract: A plurality of session signatures and a plurality of inference flags are stored in association with each other, each session signature representing a combination of flag values, each flag value signifying a key event. A plurality of session events are logged, each session event issuing from one of the remote client devices and having a corresponding session ID and associated data. The session events are grouped by their corresponding session IDs to create a plurality of session records, each session record including flag values for a plurality of key events. A session signature is identified for each session record from the stored session signatures based on the key event flag values of the session record, and a value of an inference flag associated with the identified session signature is obtained from a storage device. A predetermined operation is performed based on the obtained value of the inference flag.
