  • Patent number: 11844996
Abstract: A tower may support a horizontal track and a vertical climbing wall therebelow. A trolley, movable along the track, may be selectively driven toward and away from the tower by belay lines, line and capstan, positive drive, or some combination. Belay lines reeved over pulleys on the trolley may be taken up and paid out independently from the trolley, while fixed or moving. A rider may climb, be lifted, or both to near the intersection of the tower and track, from there to fall or jump into a controllable trajectory such as swinging or simulating a parachute landing. Swinging may be rapidly attenuated almost entirely by “bumps,” lifting a rider to remove momentum and kinetic energy as a rider moves toward a pivot point overhead. Control may be simplified based on sensing and using timing past bottom dead center (BDC).

  • Patent number: 11844993
Abstract: A modular and configurable muscular physical rehabilitation and training system that is a total body fitness system designed to promote strengthening and creation of muscle mass using free weights. Free weights simulate real-life situations and promote whole body stabilization. Free weights allow more variations in the range of motion than using modern machines. The system allows the flexible and configurable use of muscle contractile activities utilizing free weights and proper techniques. This is done in a space-saving, compact, safe, configurable, and practical configuration that can be used with a plurality of participants supported by a single trainer/therapist.

  • Patent number: 11839793
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a sit-up motion information management system and detection method based on an Internet of things. The method includes: acquiring detection data of a sensor at present time; determining whether the detection data of the sensors at the present time meet a first counting condition, determining that a sit-up action is correct if yes, and incrementing a flag value by one; acquiring detection data of the sensors at next time; determining whether the detection data of the sensors at the next time meet a second counting condition, determining that a sit-up action is correct if yes, and incrementing a flag value by one; determining whether a flag value is greater than or equal to a preset value to obtain a third determination result; and determining, if the third determination result indicates yes, that one rep of sit-up actions is completed, and recording a number of sit-up reps.

  • Patent number: 11839786
Abstract: An exercise machine resistance adjustment system for providing an exerciser the ability to immediately adjust the resistance force by changing their body position on the movable carriage or end platforms. The exercise machine resistance adjustment system generally includes a frame, a carriage movably positioned on the frame, a spring connected to the carriage to apply a biasing force to the carriage, one or more left projections within the carriage adapted for a left hand of an exerciser to grasp, and one or more right projections within the carriage adapted for a right hand of an exerciser to grasp. The exerciser is able to efficiently adjust the amount of resistance force applied to the carriage by repositioning their hands (or feet) from a first set of projections at a first distance to a second set of projections at a second distance from the first end of the exercise machine.
