Abstract: A blank assembly for forming a folded-cap container includes a first blank of sheet material that includes a pair of end panels, a pair of side panels, and a plurality of corner panels connected in series along a plurality of fold lines. Each of the end panels and side panels has a bottom edge that is substantially aligned with the respective bottom edges of the other end panels and side panels. Also, each of the four corner panels has a bottom free edge that is offset towards a central horizontal axis of the first blank from the bottom edges of the end panels and side panels. The blank assembly also includes a second blank of sheet material that includes a top panel and a lifting panel connected by a fold line. The top panel is configured to be coupled adjacent to a top edge of one of the end panels.

Abstract: A padded strap is provided, which comprises a unitary strap member forming a tube and an inserted pad. The unitary strap member has at least two sections, at least one of the sections configured to form a pad casing section which can retain the inserted pad, and the another section comprising a substantially flat section abutting the pad casing section. The area between the pad casing section and the substantially flat section comprises a hollow, tapering transition area. The unitary strap member comprises at least one sealable opening at an end of the unitary strap member. The inserted pad is inserted through the sealable opening and retained in the pad casing section, and the pad is comprised of at least one outer layer of resilient, low-friction material and a cushioning layer.

Abstract: An inmate locker incorporating a corrugated paperboard board having a generally three dimensional rectangular body with an open interior. The body includes a lid hingedly attached along an edge thereof, the lid including one or more window apertures which are covered by a flexible mylar or other plastic material adhered to outer or underside perimeter encircling edges of the lid. The lid further includes a fold over flap exhibiting at least one inter-engaging portion configured on an inner facing surface and which, upon closing the lid over an open top of the body, interengages with an aligning inter-engaging portion configured upon an exterior facing side location of the body. Handhold apertures are configured at overlapping locations of the fold over flap and side location of the body upon closing and sealing the lid over the open top.

Abstract: A hitch mounted accessory rack system having a lower base unit that includes a hitch beam and a hitch beam vertical support extending from the hitch beam; a cantilevered upper base unit that includes a support beam and a support beam vertical support extending from the support beam, and wherein the support beam vertical support is at least partially received within the hitch beam vertical support; a center-point adjustable sleeve assembly that is adjusted in relation to the hitch beam vertical support and the support beam vertical support; one or more accessory arms extending from the sleeve assembly; and one or more crossbar assemblies positioned along the support beam.

Abstract: The storage box is fanned from a sheet provided with a plurality of folding lines defining a parallelepiped provided with six faces. One of the faces is a hinged lid, and it is characterized in that the opposed face to the hinged lid comprises a first sector provided with an oblique folding line that defines a first joining zone. A second sector also provided with an oblique folding line that is joined to the first sector in the first joining zone; and a third sector is provided with an oblique folding line that defines a second joining zone; and a fourth sector that is joined to the third sector in the second joining zone.

Abstract: A package for containing items having a flip-open package closure is provided. In some embodiments, the package includes a rigid package body and a flexible closure flap. The flexible closure flap is coupled to a hangtab portion of the package body such that the flexible closure flap moves from a closed position to an open position with respect to the package body based on a position of the hangtab portion. An upper edge of a front side of the package body engages the lower portion of the closure flap when the package is closed, while the lower edge of the closure flap is released from the upper edge upon pivoting backward of the hangtab portion. Such pivoting of the hangtab portion, and corresponding manipulation of the closure flap, may occur without directly contacting the closure flap.

Abstract: A collapsible structure that includes an openable end panel, three foldable side panels, an openable side panel, a partial side panel, and a removable end panel. At least a portion of the foldable side panels, openable side panel, and partial side panel may be connected by seams which may permit the panels to fold into a hamper state, an ironing board state, a laundry bin, state, and collapsible state. The collapsible state permits the user to efficiently store the collapsible structure when not in use.

Abstract: A holding apparatus for multipurpose may include a rotation bar having an insertion groove formed at one end portion thereof, the insertion groove having a screw thread formed thereon, and a plurality of catching protrusions formed at the another end portion thereof along an outer circumference, a clamp having a screw groove, engaged with the screw thread, which is formed at an end portion side of the clamp which is separated or engaged with the screw thread of the rotation bar and preventing the separation by an end portion inserted into the insertion groove along a rotation axis of the rotation bar, and a grip member provided to another end portion of the rotation bar, including a fastening apparatus to be fastened to a target object, and preventing rotation of the rotation bar by being caught and coupled to the catching protrusions upon locking the fastening apparatus.

Abstract: A corrugated box container with a main component including a base section and first and second side sections. The box container additionally includes first and second side support components associated with the first and second side sections for reinforcing the first and second side support sections. The box container further includes a cover component that is capable of engagement with the main component or the first and second side support components, such that the main component and the cover component present a fully enclosed space within the box container. The box container is erected from a knockdown configuration by folding the first and second side sections until the side sections are generally perpendicular with the base section; connecting the first and second side support components with the first and second side sections respectively; and connecting the cover component with the main component or the first and second side support components.

Abstract: A container for dispensing beverages is provided. The container includes at least six side walls coupled together along a plurality of parallel fold lines. The at least six side walls include two end panels and at least two side panels, and the at least six side walls define a substantially cylindrical shape of the container. A bottom wall is coupled to at least one of the two end panels, wherein a shape of the bottom wall corresponding to a cross-sectional shape of the at least six side walls. The container further includes a spout cutout removably defined in a first end panel of the two end panels proximate to a fold line connecting the first end panel to the bottom wall.

Abstract: A collapsible box-like container or carton may be formed from a unitary foldable blank divided by fold lines into a bottom panel, a pair of side panels, a pair of end panels and corner sections. Each corner section may include triangular corner or pleat panels divided by a diagonal or oblique fold line. The triangular corner or pleat panels may be folded in intimate face-to-face contact on the outer surface of the adjacent end panels. Some of the triangular corner or pleat panels may be adhesively secured to the outer surface the adjacent end panel.

Abstract: A container blank, a stackable container, and a method for making a stackable container are disclosed. The container blank includes a base having first and second pairs of opposed base edges, end walls foldably attached to the first base edges, and side walls foldably attached to the second base edges. Each side wall has an outer wall foldably attached to the second base edge along a first fold line, at least one index fold-down flap attached to the outer wall along a second fold line, and an inner wall or inner wall flaps foldably attached to the outer wall along a third fold line. Each index flap has a distal portion with notched or expanding extensions, and optionally, a border at a first angle of less than 90° from the second fold line. The stackable container is made from the container blank (e.g., by the method).

Abstract: A paperboard plate can include a bottom panel, a frustoconical sidewall extending upward and outward from the bottom panel, and four arcuate portions which have radius of curvatures R1, R2, R3, and R4. The plate can also include an inner brim section adjacent the frustoconical sidewall and having a width (W), an outer frustoconical brim section extending downward and out from the inner brim section, an outer perimeter section extending outward from the outer frustoconical brim section, the plate having an overall diameter (D). The radius of curvature (R3) can be less than 0.20 inches, a ratio of W/D can be 0.041 to 0.050, a ratio of R3/D can be 0.010 to 0.017, and the outer frustoconical brim section can extend downward and outward at an angle (A3) of 65° to 75° with respect to a vertical that is substantially perpendicular to the bottom panel.

Abstract: A storage and shipping box includes first closing flaps of the exterior of the box that extend from a pair of opposing sides of the upper face of the box and that are capable of being sealed, stapled or glued in order to carry out one or several shipments. The box further includes second closing flaps of the exterior of the box that extend from the other opposing sides of the upper face of the box. The second flaps include a closing element to open and close the box as many times as needed and are capable of being used for the storage of products or for preparing orders before or after carrying out a shipment.

Abstract: A display packaging for receiving and containing a spherical object includes a series of interconnected triangular panels with alternating orientations looped in a circular fashion. Base edges of the triangular panels form pentagonal edges to define two opposing pentagonal voids that expose a substantial portion of two sides of a contained spherical object to allow a consumer to visually inspect and/or feel the spherical object. The display packaging may be assembled from a blank that includes a first region, middle region, and second region. The middle region includes the series of interconnected triangular panels. The first region and second region each includes a series of interconnected and alternating base triangular portions and vertex triangular panels. The display packaging may be assembled from the blank by folding and overlaying first and second regions on the middle region to form a folded blank and looping the folded blank.

Abstract: A carton for containing at least one article is described herein. The carton includes a plurality of side panels that extend at least partially around an interior of the carton, a handle for grasping and carrying the carton formed in at least two side panels of the plurality of side panels, and a protective feature for providing access to grasp the handle. The protective feature includes at least one protective panel arranged in the interior of the carton relative to the handle and the at least two side panels.

Abstract: Disclosed is an origami sheet for making a regular hexahedron box, including: first to fourth main outer wall sections connected successively along a longitudinal central area to be foldable with regard to one another; and first to fourth wing sections connected to both longitudinal sides of the first to fourth main outer wall sections to be foldable, respectively. The first and second wing sections and the third and fourth wing sections are connected to be foldable with regard to each other, and the second and third wing sections abut each other with interposed incision lines.

Abstract: A packaging structure is an integral formed from a plate material. The plate material includes a main bending line, a first side plate and a second side plate. The first side plate includes a plurality of auxiliary bending lines and a plurality of first connecting sections. The second side plate includes a plurality of cut lines and a plurality of second connecting sections. The plate material is bent along the main bending line, and the first auxiliary bending lines of the first side plate and the cut lines of the second side plate are bent to allow the first side plate and the second side plate to surround and form a geometric accommodated space for placing an object. Further, an impact of an external force upon the object is reduced through the dual layer structure formed by the first connecting sections and the second connecting sections.

Abstract: A ladder loading system includes a base frame and a stowage frame, wherein the stowage frame is rotatable relative to the base frame. The stowage frame and base frame are connected at a least one pivot having a main pivot axis. The ladder loading system includes a linkage mechanism. The linkage mechanism includes an idler link that rotates about an idler axis. The linkage mechanism also includes a coupling means for coupling the idler link to the stowage frame. That is, the rotation of the idler link is linked to the rotation of the stowage frame in a master and slave relationship. Suitably, due to the operation of the ladder loading system, rotation of the stowage frame drives rotation of the idler link about the idler axis. The linkage mechanism further includes a control member connected between the idler link and stowage frame.
