Abstract: A shoe tree having a body with an exterior surface for contacting an interior surface defining a shoe interior cavity during storage. An adjustment member removably engages with a mount on a rear wall of the body of the shoe tree and is engaged to a heel member. The heel member, when rotated on the adjustment member, will increase or decrease the overall length of the shoe tree. The body portion may include an insert which has indicia thereon concerning one or both of a location of purchase or the owner of the shoe tree.

Abstract: An article of footwear including a sole, and an upper having a lateral side and a medial side, each including a first lace opening. A lateral lace support and a medial lace support are attached to the sole and positioned adjacent to inner surfaces of the lateral and medial sides of the upper. The lateral lace support has a first length and the medial support has a second length, where the second length is greater than the first length, and each include a second lace opening. A lace is threaded through the first lace openings of the upper and the second lace openings of the lateral lace support and the medial lace support, where an axis extending between the lateral lace support and the medial lace support, after the lace is secured to the upper, is offset from an axis extending from a center of gravity of a user's foot.

Abstract: A helmet assembly including a helmet shell having a face opening, first and second chin projections, an outer surface an inner surface, and a faceguard. The face opening is at least partially defined by a forehead edge. At least a first tunnel member is disposed on the inner surface adjacent the forehead edge. First and second receiving members are disposed on the inner surface on the first and second chin projections, respectively. The faceguard includes upper and lower sections. The upper section includes at least a first prong member extending upwardly therefrom that is removably received in a secured position in the first tunnel member. The lower section includes first and second wing members extending therefrom that are removably received in a secured position in the first and second receiving members, respectively.

Abstract: A wearable article is provided that includes embedded fidget elements that may be manipulated by the wearer. The fidget elements can be discreetly incorporated into various locations on the wearable article such as at hemlines, pockets, and other areas accessible to the wearer of the article of clothing. Incorporating fidget elements into a wearable article reduces distractions caused by using fidget elements while also maintaining benefits such as comfort, focus, concentration, reduced stress and entertainment that fidget elements provide to the user. The type and locations of the fidget elements on a wearable article may be customized to the needs and desires of the wearer of the clothing article, as are the properties of the fidget elements themselves.

Abstract: A scarf includes a neck portion adjustable in size via a size-adjusting element and two end sections. The neck portion is positioned and extends between the two end sections and is connected thereto. Each end section has an attachment element concealed within, and further includes a portion of a pre-tied scarf design, each of the attachment elements configured to connect together to form the pre-tied scarf, with the appearance of a self-tied scarf, about a neck of a wearer. The attachment elements connect in the front of the scarf as worn by the user, and the neck portion is adjustable in size prior to and independent of the attachment elements.

Abstract: An article of footwear includes a sole structure, an upper, and a securing mechanism. The upper comprises a toe region, a midfoot region, a heel region, a lateral side, and a medial side, and is coupled to the sole structure. The securing mechanism is fixedly attached to the upper and comprises a forefoot portion and a heel lock element. The heel lock element has a first and a second end and extends from the lateral side of the upper, passes around the heel region of the upper, and extends to the medial side of the upper. The heel lock element comprises a stiffness that is greater than the stiffness of the upper and is configured such that tensioning the securing band adjusts the heel segment of the main portion relative to a wearer's heel.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a bathing suit/swimsuit type garment with an integrated shaping-girdle configured to apply pressure to users' tissue or skin. Likewise, the girdle integrated in the bathing suit of the present invention can come into contact with water (such as swimming pools, sea, lagoons, etc.), without compromising its shape, integrity, and/or compression capacity, moreover the girdle of the present invention is discreetly and integrally incorporated into a one-piece swimsuit/bathing suit design with snaps.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for producing a shoe sole. The shoe sole includes: a shoe sole fabric having the form of a sole; a protective cover having the form corresponding to the form of the shoe sole fabric and bonded to a lower surface of the shoe sole fabric with a plurality of pillar through holes vertically penetrating the protective cover; and a plurality of pillar pieces passing through the plurality of pillar through holes, and bonded to the lower surface of the shoe sole fabric and arranged in a form of protruding downward from the protective cover.

Abstract: A hat with an adjustable visor includes a shell disposed on a user's head, an upper visor coupled to the shell and having a plurality of elongated slots, each elongated slot having a pair of rails extending along opposing side walls of the elongated slot, and a lower visor slidably mounted to the upper visor and having a plurality of tab assemblies, each tab assembly slidably mounted to the pair of rails of one of the plurality of elongated slots in the upper visor. The lower visor slidably adjusts relative to the shell to enable the plurality of tab assemblies of the lower visor to traverse the pairs of rails in the plurality of elongated slots of the upper visor, thereby extending the lower visor beyond the upper visor in an extended position or retracting the lower visor to align with the upper visor in a retracted position.
