  • Patent number: 11425175
Abstract: Described embodiments enable device users sharing content items via a content management system to view and modify content items within native applications on their client devices. In various embodiments, a client application detects a save operation on a content item and prompts a user to provide a comment based on changes to the content item. User comments and metadata are provided to a content management system to create a historical log that provides a comprehensive summary of user interactions with a content item, including comments regarding content item changes, version information, and timestamps. The content management system provides the comments and other log contents to client applications associated with other users sharing the content item. The client applications use the comments and log information to provide notifications to the users regarding content item changes and comments by sharing users.

  • Patent number: 11397858
Abstract: A computer-implemented method, system and computer program product for initiating a conversation by a virtual agent. The boundary of a widget of a webpage the user is utilizing is determined. The user's interactions or lack of interactions with the widget within the determined boundary of the widget of the webpage is then determined, such as based on tracking the eye gaze or focus of the user. If it is determined that the user is experiencing difficulty in utilizing the widget, then the content associated with the widget is extracted. The extracted widget content is then mapped to the virtual agent content. The virtual agent is instructed to initiate a conversation based on the extracted widget content. In this manner, the virtual agent will now be able to dynamically initiate a conversation with the user to assist the user in addressing a problem the user is currently experiencing with the widget.

  • Patent number: 11334182
Abstract: In some implementations, data indicating a touch received on a proximity-sensitive display is received while the proximity-sensitive display is presenting one or more items. In one aspect, the techniques describe may involve a process for disambiguating touch selections of hypothesized items, such as text or graphical objects that have been generated based on input data, on a proximity-sensitive display. This process may allow a user to more easily select hypothesized items that the user may wish to correct, by determining whether a touch received through the proximity-sensitive display represents a selection of each hypothesized item based at least on a level of confidence that the hypothesized item accurately represents the input data.
