Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a question recommendation system that intelligently optimizes a survey being created by a user by providing customized suggestions. For example, in one or more embodiments, the question recommendation system provides a suggested question based on questions previous added by a user while creating a survey. In particular, the question recommendation system provides various recommendations to the user to further optimize a survey being created. For instance, the question recommendation system provides recommendations with respect to improving question ordering, question phrasing, and question type as well as recommends removing potentially inefficient questions.

Abstract: A local workspace access system is associated with a local workspace, reads badge data, and transmits the badge data. A workspace personalization management system receives the badge data, locates an organization associated with the badge data, and transmits the badge data to its associated organization. A server associated with the organization receives the badge data, locates a member of the organization who is associated with the badge data, and transmits the workspace configuration associated with the member to the workspace personalization management system. The workspace personalization management system transmits a keyable code to a messaging service device of the member and transmits the keyable code and the workspace configuration associated with the member to the local workspace access system. The local workspace access system receives member input of the keyable code, and verifies that the inputted keyable code matches the keyable code received from the workspace personalization management system.

Abstract: A system and method for allocating drivers to procure targets, such as automobiles. These targets are then transported to a desired drop-off destination. The entire system is automated, such that a requestor may hire drivers that are certified by the system and would satisfy requirements associated with the target, such as proper driver's license and location of the driver relative to the target. The system is powered by an internet based mobile application that is designed to match individual drivers to auto dealers, auction houses, driving transport companies and other businesses and individuals (“requestors”) seeking to move automobiles, goods, services, tasks, etc. from one location to another. The system has been designed to find, organize, and manage drivers and all aspects of the trip on a real time basis and reduce the cost of the existing system.

Abstract: Certain aspects involve providing automated performance monitoring of statistical models. For example, a processing device is used for performing a statistical analysis on information in an archive to extract historical data, scores, and attributes. The processing device calculates performance metrics based at least in part on the historical data, scores, and attributes. The processing device pre-calculates summary performance data based at least in part on the performance metrics. The summary performance data is stored in files with predefined layouts, which are stored in a non-transitory, computer-readable medium. Segmented data is presented from a file to a user through a graphical user interface (GUI). In some aspects, various reports of the segmented data are presented interactively by detecting a selection by the user of a segmentation and displaying the corresponding segmented data.

Abstract: A system and method for generation of automated forecasts for a subject based on one or more input parameters. The subject located at an end node of a hierarchy. The method includes: receiving historical data associated with the subject; determining the sufficiency of the historical data based on a feasibility of building a machine learning model to generate a forecast with a predetermined level of accuracy using the historical data; building the machine learning model using the historical data when there is sufficiency of the historical data; building the machine learning model using historical data associated with an ancestor node on the hierarchy when there is not sufficiency of the historical data; generating a forecast for the subject using the machine learning model based on the one or more input parameters; and outputting the forecast.

Abstract: Embodiments may be used to evaluate completed inspection jobs using updated pipe segment data obtained by inspecting a rehabilitated pipe after completion of a project. One embodiment provides a method of generating an infrastructure project summary, including: collecting, using one or more sensors of an inspection robot, pipe segment data relating to the one or more pipe segments; the second pipe segment data comprising one or more of laser condition assessment data and sonar condition assessment data; generating infrastructure summary data for at least a part of the network using the pipe segment data, comparing, using a processor, first and second infrastructure summary data; generating, using the processor, a parameter of the infrastructure project summary based on the comparing; and including the parameter of the infrastructure project summary in a project summary report. Abstract: A specialized resource computation service engine electronically and automatically provides, in a timely and efficient manner, accurate and reliable tracking of mobile employees across domains and correctly apportions, calculates, and remits selected resources to those domains for employee compensation (including non-cash compensation) earned over a period of time according to the various different rules in various different domains. The system aggregates data indicative of different geographical locations and durations spent in the geographical locations by an employee over a time period, apportions respective amounts of time to each domain based on the aggregated data and computes, for the employee, a respective selected resource for each domain based on the respective amounts of time apportioned to each domain.

Abstract: The present disclosure is related to Just-In-Time (JIT) services, that discloses a method and system for providing JIT services to automotive users. A Point of Interest (PoI) service aggregator system may receive a service request from an automotive user, including one of: information related to a preferred PoI service provider, request to recommend PoI service providers, or request to list PoI service providers based on user query. Based on service request, the PoI service aggregator system may perform one of: dynamically on-boarding the preferred PoI service provider, recommending PoI service providers, or providing PoI service providers based on user query. Thereafter, a real-time synchronization may be established between a candidate PoI service provider and the automotive user to enable the candidate PoI service provider to determine arrival events including an estimated time of arrival and non-arrival events of the automotive user, to provide JIT service to the automotive user.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a method for remotely managing a cleaning quality for an indoor location being cleaned. The method includes accessing a training dataset including a plurality of plot points and associated signal strengths of a predefined signal received from a fixed network device, where at least one plot point is preselected based on a predefined cleaning attribute associated with a physical spot corresponding to the at least one plot point; receiving the predefined signal at a position in the indoor location from the fixed network device, where the received signal has a second signal strength and the position is determined proximate to the plot point based on the second signal strength and each of the signal strengths; and calculating a cumulative duration spent at the determined position based on a predefined cleaning schedule to assess the cleaning quality for the physical spot.

Abstract: A lumber use designation system includes a building construction plan that shows the layout, wall thickness, wall height, ceiling angles, etc., of a structure, which are color coded from a series of color codes each corresponding to a preselected, standard board size and length of lumber that should be selected for constructing a particular portion of the structure. The system includes a supply of lumber boards marked with a color code correlating to the color code found on the construction plans. The lumber boards may be imprinted by an ink spray head. A method of installing lumber during the construction of a structure is disclosed.

Abstract: A method, system and computer program product for managing a calendar application. A need to optimize a calendar is identified. Furthermore, a period of time to optimize the calendar is received or identified. All the scheduled events (e.g., scheduled meetings) in the calendar are then selected during that period of time. The attendees, topics and flags, if any, for each of the selected scheduled events during the period of time are extracted. Prior collaborations with the user involving the extracted attendees and/or topics of the selected scheduled events are identified. Collaboration data (e.g., participants/senders/attendees, topics) is then extracted from the identified prior collaborations. A list of actions (e.g., delegate scheduled event to another user) is generated to be performed on a selected scheduled event based on the extracted collaboration data. The generated list of actions to be performed on the selected scheduled event is then presented to the user.

Abstract: A system described herein may provide a technique for identifying states associated with service providers based on biometric, sensor, and/or other information associated with a set of service providers. A request for service may be received, and a particular service provider may be selected based on a particular state associated with the particular service provider, as determined based on the biometric, sensor, and/or other information associated with the particular service provider. State information associated with a requestor of the service may be identified and used as a factor in selecting the particular service provider to respond to the service request.

Abstract: A computerized method for controlled testing, comprising: providing a design specification for event data, the design specification including at least one of an event data source, an event data filter, and an event format; retrieving testing metrics; configuring testing events based on the design specification, by: retrieving testing events from the event data source specified in the design specification; filtering the retrieved testing events based in the design specification; and formatting the filtered testing events based on the design specification; generating analysis data by applying testing metrics to the configured event data; generating output data based on testing rules; and generating a user interface to display the output data.

The resource usage start request is for starting using the resource.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for providing account holders with a reward based on similar rewards previously obtained through other accounts. The method includes identifying, using one or more computer processors configured to access an account database, an eligible account based on eligibility criteria, wherein the eligible account is associated with an account of an account holder stored in the account database; receiving identifying data that identifies the eligible account; associating a customer identifier with the identifying data from the eligible account; for each customer identifier, receiving confirmation data associated with a separate account of the account holder, wherein the confirmation data comprises a reward variable; validating, using one or more computer processors, the confirmation data; and rewarding the eligible account with a matching variable, wherein the matching variable is approximately equal to the reward variable.

Abstract: A system for quickly deploying WFM systems in contact centers is provided. A user or administrator can quickly install a WFM application on a deployment server. The administrator can provide the WFM application access to the contact center data where the WFM application can import data from the contact center about one or more customers, agents, queues, teams, and any other items typically associated with contact centers. The imported data may also include presence data about the agents, teams, and customers. Based on the imported data, the WFM application may execute one or more workflows to automatically determine information such as maximum and minimum hours, break patterns, and shift data about the agents and teams.

Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer-readable media are provided for rules execution testing using live production data. Live production authorization requests may be received at a production computing device. Production authorization decisions may be determined at the production computing device for the live production authorization requests using a set of production rules. The production authorization requests, data used to arrive at the corresponding production authorization decisions, and/or the corresponding authorization decisions may be streamed in real-time to a test device. Test authorization decisions may be determined at the test device for the received live production authorization requests using the received data used to arrive at the production authorization decisions, and using a set of test rules. Production and test authorization decisions may be compared to determine decision differences. One or more user interfaces or reports may be generated for outputting the decision differences.

Abstract: A system for incremental solution of the shift design and assignment problem comprises an interface configured to receive an incremental change and an existing schedule. The system comprises a processor to determine whether labor demand has changed; in response to labor demand having been changed, generate an updated set of shift candidates; determine a new cost function; restart a solver using the updated set of shift candidates, the existing schedule, the incremental change, and the new cost function, wherein the solver comprises a mixed integer programming (MIP) solver, and wherein the MIP solver determines simultaneously a subset of the shift candidates selected in the final schedule and a set of shift assignments of which worker is assigned to which selected shift candidate of the subset of shift candidates.
