Abstract: A Fructus Forsythiae and Radix Astragali compound preparation, and a preparation method therefor and a use thereof is provided. Traditional Chinese medicine formulation components consist of the following raw materials or raw material extracts in parts by mass: 9-11 parts of Flos Lonicerae, 9-11 parts of Fructus Forsythiae, 9-11 parts of Radix Scutellariae, 9-11 parts of Herba Artemisiae Annuae, 9-11 parts of Radix Astragali, 9-11 parts of stir-fried Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, 9-11 parts of Herba Pogostemonis, 5-7 parts of Radix Saposhnikoviae, 9-11 parts of Radix Ophiopogonis, and 5-7 parts of Radix Glycyrrhizae. The components can be made into an oral liquid, a granule, a dissolved medicine, or a tablet. Further disclosed is a use of the Fructus Forsythiae and Radix Astragali compound preparation in preparation of medicines for preventing and/or treating a viral influenza disease.

Abstract: A proto-device for implantation into soft tissue comprises an oblong device body, biodegradable microfibres adhesively attached to the body, a rigid matrix of biocompatible material enclosing the body and the microfibres. The biocompatible material is dissolvable and/or degradable in aqueous body fluid at a rate substantially superior to the rate of microfibre degradation. The proto-device is one of proto-microelectrode, proto-optical fibre, proto-polymer tube for drug delivery, proto-electrical lead, proto-encapsulated electronics. Also disclosed are uses of the proto-device and methods for its implantation and manufacture.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a composition for preventing hair loss or promoting hair growth, which contains a mixture of cucumber, eggplant and snail extracts as an active ingredient. The composition according to the present disclosure, which contains a mixture of cucumber, eggplant and snail extracts as an active ingredient, has been confirmed to increase the expression of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), keratinocyte growth factor (KGF) and insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) in dermal papilla cells which are known to play a critical role in the induction of new hair follicles and maintenance of hair growth, exhibit hair-growing effect comparable to that of minoxidil in a hair growth test for depilated 6-week-old C57BL/6 mice, and exhibit hair loss-improving effect in a clinical test for human. Accordingly, it can be usefully used as a cosmetic composition or a pharmaceutical composition for external application to skin for preventing hair loss or promoting hair growth.

Abstract: Disclosed a plant-derived exosome as well as a preparation method and an application thereof in preparation of drugs or scaffolds for animal tissue regeneration therapy. The preparation method includes: soaking and infiltrating any part of a natural plant with a 2-(N-morpholine) ethanesulfonic acid buffer solution; removing a supernatant; collecting a wet treated sample; refrigerating, centrifuging and extracting the sample to obtain apoplastic fluid, wherein the soaking and infiltrating method is as follows: vacuum supply is performed within 6-24 h after soaking for 2-5 times, vacuum supply time is independently 5-15 s each time, and interval time between two adjacent times of vacuum supply is independently 10 s-1 min; and centrifuging the apoplastic fluid at an ultra-high speed to obtain the plant-derived exosome, wherein ultra-high speed centrifugation conditions are as follows: centrifugal force is not lower than 100000 g, centrifugation time is 1-7 h, and a temperature is 0-4° C.
