At least sections of the contact housing of the connector are arranged in the interior space. The contact housing, which has the contact region having the contact seat for holding the contact-side end of the kink-prone cable, facilitates assembly of the connector and prevents damage to the kink-prone cable, and includes positioning means for fixing the position of a laced section of the kink-prone cable.
