Abstract: A latch mechanism (1200) comprises a resilient wire (404) supported proximate its first end (412) and second end (414) by a support structure (406). The latch mechanism (1200) also includes one or more hook shaped catches (218) that have cammed outer surfaces (302) and wire engaging openings (304). To engage the latch mechanism (1200) the resilient wire (404) is urged against the cammed outer surfaces (302) bending the resilient wire (404) and allowing the resilient wire to rebound into the wire engaging openings (304). To disengage the latch mechanism the resilient wire (404) is deflected, e.g., by pushing a moveable manual actuator (408) that is engaged with the wire, in order to release the resilient wire (404) from the wire engaging openings (304) of the catches (218).

Abstract: A circuit board securing device for a computer case includes a computer case, on a base panel of which are separately disposed vertical protruding beams. An elastic leaf is affixed to a side wall surface of each of the protruding beams. An end portion of each of the elastic leaves forms a vertical top abutting wall, a front portion of which is configured with a raising member. A rear abutting wall is formed on a side of the top abutting wall, and a clamping groove is formed between the top abutting wall and the rear abutting wall. Protruding holding bodies, between which are defined securing grooves, are formed on the base panel, and an opening of each of the securing grooves corresponds to an opening of each of the clamping grooves, thereby securing a circuit board without applying screws, enabling fast clamping and disassembling of the circuit board.
Abstract: A fuse box for a vehicle contains a base box having a housing in which a first bus bar with a battery connection terminal is disposed. The fuse box is configured according to a modular system. For this purpose, the housing is provided for the attachment of an extension box. The extension box preferably has a second bus bar that is placed in contact with the first bus bar. As a result of the modular system with the extension box, it is possible, for example, to allow for extensions in a vehicle on-board power system with little expenditure in respect of the fuse box.
Abstract: An apparatus and method for releasably locking an optical transceiver with respect to a cage attached to an electrical board. The cage having a pair of inwardly biased locking tabs extending from the sides thereof. Each tab is moveable between an inner position and outer position corresponding to a locked and unlocked position respectively. The optical transceiver includes a pair of levers operable for engaging and moving the locking tabs between the biased inner position and the outer unlocked position. The locking mechanism includes a pair latches positioned on each side of the transceiver for engaging and moving the levers between first and second positions to lock and unlock the transceiver from the cage.
