Abstract: A drainage device for an above-ground pool, and an above-ground pool including the drainage device are provided. The drainage device includes a drainage pipe, with inlet and outlet ends, and a drainage valve connected to the inlet end of the drainage pipe. The drainage valve includes a water inlet periphery, defining a water inlet in fluid communication with the inlet end of the drainage pipe, and a connecting member disposed circumferentially around the water inlet periphery. The connecting member is radially spaced apart from the water inlet periphery. The connecting member may be formed by injection molding around the water inlet periphery.

One bath cushion includes a set of perimeter portions including a predefined shape and an integrated center support portion coupled to the set of perimeter portions. The integrated center support portion includes a first non-flat profile and a size and the integrated center support portion is configured to accommodate a child. Another bath cushion includes a set of perimeter portions including a predefined shape and a plurality of removable center support portions coupleable to the set of perimeter portions. The set of perimeter portions includes a center space for coupling one of the plurality of removable center support portions at a time. Further, each center support portion in the plurality of center support portions includes a respective size and a respective first non-flat profile and each center support portion is configured to accommodate a child.

Abstract: Systems and methods for controlling an operational status of a waste disposer are disclosed herein. In one example embodiment, a waste disposer assembly includes a waste disposer, a sprayer mechanism, and a switching system. The waste disposer is configured to be supported in relation to a sink. The sprayer mechanism is configured to be supportable in relation to the sink, is coupled at least indirectly to the sink by way of an extendable and retractable linkage, and includes an actuator mechanism that, upon being actuated, causes generation of a control signal. The switching system is supported in relation to the sink, is coupled at least indirectly to each of the sprayer mechanism and disposer, and is configured to operate so that, upon receiving the control signal from the actuator mechanism, a related signal is provided to the disposer causing the disposer to change or take on operational status.

Abstract: A device for bathing infants aids the development of infants by allowing them freedom of movement appropriate to their stage of development. In one embodiment, a basin has an inclined surface with a drainage hole and a plug. In a second embodiment, a basin has a substantially flat bottom and walls shaped to allow the baby to sit in different positions transversely and longitudinally. Preferably, the bottom of this seated baby basin has feet to raise it off the bottom of the adult shower or bathtub. The basin has a perimeter comprising a flexible wall connected to an upper frame and a lower frame, adapted to allow an infant to sit, bend, kneel, walk, or crawl. Preferably, the tension of the flexible wall such as mesh fabric or the equivalent contributes to the good mechanical behavior of the periphery.

Abstract: Disclosed herein, among other things, are systems and methods for a user adjustment interface using remote computing resources. Specifically, a system can include a mobile device in communication with a hearing assistance device or a remote server. The mobile device can interpret an acoustic environment and send information about the environment to a remote server. The remote server can determine and send information to the mobile device for use in a user interface. The mobile device can receive a user selection of hearing assistance parameter information to be sent to the hearing assistance device.

Abstract: A method of providing sounds matching an image displayed on a display panel includes: calculating a first object in the image by analyzing digital video data corresponding to the image, and calculating first gain values based on a location of the first object, and applying first gain values to a plurality of sound data; displaying the image on the display panel based on the digital video data; and outputting the plurality of sounds by vibrating the display panel based on the plurality of sound data to which the first gain values applied, using a plurality of sound generating devices.

Abstract: Systems of the present disclosure include an electronic device with a chassis and a speaker assembly. The speaker assembly can include a speaker support surrounding a speaker and coupled to the chassis via a spring element. The spring element can be monolithically formed with a main body of the speaker support and be configured to reduce transmission of vibrations from the speaker to the chassis. For example, the spring element can include an arm that extends within an opening of the main body to connect the main body to a fastener secured to the chassis. The spring element can be provided with features that facilitate wide distribution of loads and relative movement between the speaker assembly and the chassis.

Abstract: A floor drain includes a channel body defining a longitudinal direction and including two outflow channels which extend parallel to each other, each having a channel bottom and two channel walls. A connecting bar extends horizontally and connects the upper mutually facing longitudinal edges of the channel walls. An outflow opening interrupts the connecting bar and the channel walls directly connected thereto. An outflow fitting is arranged below the channel body and surrounds the outflow opening in the circumferential direction. At least one slat-like connecting element is detachably mounted on the channel body and is designed in such a way that it continues the connecting bar and the channel walls in the region interrupted by the outlet opening.

Abstract: The disclosure provides an outdoor device for simulating a pond ecosystem comprising a plurality of simulated ponds connected together by pipelines and including an adjusting pool, a plurality of control groups and a plurality of treatment groups with different concentrations; the plurality of control groups and the treatment groups are randomly distributed in the ponds according to a random draw method or a random allocation method, and the adjusting pool is a transfer station for water inlets and outlets of the ponds. According to the device, the plurality of control groups and treatment groups are arranged in a system, achieving a scale of a middle-scale pond ecological simulation system, which can stimulate an actual complex hydrostatic ecological system including a plurality of aquatic macrophytes, algae, zooplankton, benthos and microorganisms, and evaluate the effects of the complex ecological efficiency caused by chemical pollutants entering an actual water body.

The magnetic circuit system includes a yoke, a main magnet component, and auxiliary magnet components. The yoke includes a yoke body, yoke extension walls, and yoke sidewalls. The auxiliary magnet component is fixed on the yoke extension wall. The main magnet component is sequentially spaced apart from the auxiliary magnet component and the yoke sidewall to form the magnetic gap. The positioning bracket is made of a metal material. One side of the auxiliary magnet component away from the yoke is fixed to the positioning bracket by laser spot welding. The sounding device has a better reliability.

One side of the yoke extension portion close to the diaphragm abuts against a bottom surface of the positioning slot. One end of the yoke extension portion away from the yoke sidewall is fixed to the positioning bracket. The sounding device has a simple structure, high strength, easy assembly and positioning, and high reliability.
