  • Patent number: 11691209
Abstract: A saw tooth setter has a carriage within a housing. A carriage base has a channel which narrows from a first end to a second end. A wedge protrudes up from the base in the channel. Mechanical linkage translates movement of an actuator into forward and backward movement of the carriage. A second mechanical linkage translates movement of the carriage to forward and backward movement of a blade feeding arrangement. A setting mechanism has a set of opposing plates which extend through and are hingedly attached to the top cover. The first end of each plate is seated in the channel. The second end of each plate has sets the tooth. Upon forward movement of the carriage the first end of the plates enter the first end of the channel and are separated by the wedge, and the second end of the plates come together to set the teeth.

  • Patent number: 11660727
Abstract: A skate blade sharpening tool that has a cylindrical sharpening stone that is positioned directly over the blade and adjusting the slot width in the sharpener using thumb screws to match the blade width. When tightening the thumb screws, the two halves of the tool handle will decrease the slot width onto the blade. This pressure on the blade will force the through shaft and cylindrical stone to be centered over the blade. The sharpening stone will remove metal to match the shape of the stone each time the sharpener is moved back and forth along the blade. The sharpening stone has gears on each end of the stone that match the gears inside the two-piece body. As the tool is moved along the skate blade, the sharpening stone will incrementally rotate within the body when the direction is changed in the reciprocating motion by the user's back and forth movement. The sharpener also has a deburring stone mounted to the black of the handheld sharpener.

  • Patent number: 11633870
Abstract: A box reducer for trimming or reducing the size of a cardboard box is disclosed. The current invention allows an operator to reduce the size of an existing cardboard box after unnecessary material is removed by a knife or a cutter. The current invention improves prior arts in two ways. First, the invention contains a stabilizer which allows itself to travel in a stable way along the top edge of the flaps of the cardboard box while marking a line to be folded to create the cover of the box. Second, instead of using perforation as prior arts do, this invention uses compression to create the line on the flaps of the cardboard box. Then the operator can fold along the line to create the covering flaps, thus, a reduced box.
