  • Patent number: 7451897
Abstract: An attachment is designed for removable mounting on various types of conventional cookware containers, such as cooking pots, mixing bowls or frying pans. The attachment includes a spout which serves to assist in pouring food products out from the container. The attachment also includes a cover disposed partially across the top surface of the spout, the cover serving to minimize the splashing of the food product during a pouring operation. The attachment additionally includes inner and outer support members which together retain the attachment in its mounted position on the container. With the attachment mounted on the container, the inner and outer support members conform tightly against and frictionally engage the inner and outer surfaces, respectively, of the sidewall of the container.

  • Patent number: 7434710
Abstract: A bellows-type pump includes a body portion with an inlet and an outlet. A bellows member is secured to the body portion and provides a dosage volume that communicates with both the inlet and outlet. Compressing the bellows member causes a sealing web thereof to contact the inlet and seal the same against the flow of product from within the dosage volume. The sealing web does not cover the outlet upon compression of the bellows member and, thus, product is dispensed through the outlet upon such compression. Expansion of the bellows member draws product in through the inlet.

  • Patent number: 7431179
Abstract: In a two chamber cartridge with chambers arranged axially one after the other, wherein the front chamber in a front part of the cartridge interior is divided by a double wall insert into an outer partial chamber and an inner partial chamber which are both closed at the rear ends by pistons and the rear chamber is formed by a beaker which is inserted into the rear of the cartridge and has a beaker bottom with a pin extending from the beaker bottom through an annular piston closing the beaker, the rear end of the double wall insert abuts the annular piston closing the beaker and the annular piston includes passages leading to gap between the two spaced walls of the double wall insert and the two front partial chambers and the intermediate space are in communication with a mouthpiece space at the front end of the cartridge.

  • Patent number: 7410079
Abstract: An accumulator-type liquid sprayer includes a piston arranged in a cylinder, a piston guide extending through a passage extending therethrough in an axial direction of the piston, so as to be engageable with, and disengageable from the piston, cooperating with the piston and the cylinder to form a space region for sucking and pressurizing a liquid, a check valve for opening a suction port of the cylinder during suction of the liquid, and a hollow stem slidably fitted with an outer side of the piston in a liquid-tight manner and engaging with an end portion of the piston guide. A first resilient member urges the piston guide against the piston for maintaining a closed state of the passage in the piston, and a second resilient member urges the piston against the piston guide for adjusting a spraying pressure of the liquid.

  • Patent number: 7407067
Abstract: Pourer consisting of an elongated, tubular part of plastic material. This part of plastic material is made resilient and has an external diameter greater than that of the associated bottles. The tubular part is provided with a split, as a result of which the diameter can be reduced to some extent and the pourer can be accommodated with a clamping action in a bottle. This clamping can be even further promoted by providing ribs. The pourer is provided with a search point to facilitate introduction into a bottle and the pouring end is flared.

  • Patent number: 7387222
Abstract: A bendable caulking nozzle extension device for use with a caulking tube having a nozzle, said device comprising an elongated tube portion extending between a proximal base portion and a distal tip portion, and having a hollow passageway defined therein. The elongated tube portion is constructed from a flexible, resilient material that may be repeatedly and forcibly deformed. An attachment means is positioned within the proximal base portion for releasably affixing said device to the nozzle of the caulking tube. A deformable stiffening element is positioned on the elongated tube portion, and is constructed of a material that allows it to be repeatedly and forcibly deformed whilst substantially retaining such deformed configuration after the removal of a deforming force. Caulking material flowing from the caulking tube flows into said hollow passageway, and out of the exit aperture of the distal tip portion to a work surface remote from the nozzle of the caulking tube.

  • Patent number: 7377403
Abstract: A toothpaste tube squeezer has first and second squeezing blocks for holding a toothpaste tube therebetween. A first clamping mechanism is positioned toward an opening end of the toothpaste tube to apply pressure to the first and second squeezing blocks to squeeze the toothpaste tube. A second clamping mechanism is positioned toward a sealed end of the toothpaste tube to release pressure on the blocks. Both squeezing blocks may have slightly outwardly curved surfaces to contact the toothpaste tube. As the second clamping mechanism is loosened to release pressure applied at the sealed end of the toothpaste tube, a gap may increase between the squeezing blocks at the sealed end of the toothpaste tube. Due to the slightly curved surfaces of the squeezing blocks and the increasing gap, a squeezing pressure moves further up the toothpaste tube in a direction from the sealed end to the opening end.
