Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing an abrasion-resistant wood material panel that has a decorative layer, including the following steps: applying one first resin layer to the decorative layer on the top and bottom sides of the wood material panel, scattering abrasion-resistant particles onto the resin layer on the top side of the panel; drying the resin layer provided with abrasion-resistant particles onto the first resin layers on the top and bottom sides of the panel in a drying device; applying another resin layer to the dried resin layers on both sides of the panel; drying the second resin layers on both sides of the panel in the drying device; and pressing the layer structure. The invention further relates to a production line for carrying out the method and to a wood material panel that can be produced by means of the method.

Abstract: A wiring substrate at which a metal wire is formed includes a substrate containing a resin as a main component and an organic substance having a hydroxyl group; and a metal plating layer constituting the metal wire. A formation portion of the metal wire at one surface of the substrate is rougher than a non-formation portion of the metal wire at the one surface of the substrate, and has the organic substance in a state of being embedded in the resin, and a catalyst. The wiring substrate with such a configuration can increase the adhesion of the metal wire to the substrate.
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a plated layer forming composition which is capable of forming a plated layer having excellent alkali resistance and is capable of forming a metal layer on the plated layer even in the case of forming the plated layer by exposure with a low exposure amount; a film having a plated-layer precursor layer; a film having a patterned plated layer; an electroconductive film; and a touch panel. The plated layer forming composition of the present invention includes a polymer having a group capable of interacting with a plating catalyst or a precursor thereof, and a polyfunctional monomer having three or more acrylamide groups or methacrylamide groups.

Abstract: This application discloses an optical film, comprising: a polymer having a first surface and a second surface, the first surface and the second surface opposing to each other; a microlens structure being formed on the first surface, an accommodation structure being formed on the second surface, the accommodation structure accommodating a number of pattern structures imaging through the microlens structure; the microlens structure and the accommodation structure being integral; and the micro-focusing units and the pattern structures being adapted to each other, so that the optical film forms at least one image floating in the optical film when the optical film is viewed from a side of the pattern structures or a side of the micro-focusing units. A substrate layer is omitted from the optical film, hence, the optical film is reduced in thickness, and mechanical performance is not good, which makes the optical film easy to be cut in thermoprinting.
Abstract: A phosphor-containing film contains a phosphor such as a quantum dot and is capable of suppressing deterioration of phosphor even where the film is formed into a laminated structure; and a backlight unit including the phosphor-containing film as a wavelength converting member. The film includes: a phosphor-containing layer in which a plurality of fluorescent regions, each of which contains a phosphor that deteriorates through reaction with oxygen when exposed to oxygen, are discretely arranged and a resin layer having impermeability to oxygen is arranged among the plurality of the discretely arranged fluorescent regions; and a first substrate film and a second substrate film, which are respectively laminated on both main surfaces of the phosphor-containing layer, in which the resin layer has a Knoop hardness of 115 N/mm2 to 285 N/mm2, a creep recovery rate of 22% or less, and an elastic recovery rate of 60% or more.
Abstract: The invention relates to a slot sealing compound (7) for an electrical machine that comprises at least one slot (2) with a slot opening (5) for receiving an electrical conductor arrangement (3). Said slot sealing compound (7) contains a magnetic filler material, particularly a soft-magnetic filler material, and a reactive resin mixture that comprises at least one resin component. In the interests of improving storage stability for said slot sealing compound (7), the components thereof are selected to be suitable for cationic polymerisation. A catalyst, provided to accelerate the cationic polymerisation of said reactive resin mixture, is also added to said slot sealing compound (7).

Abstract: A method is for producing an ornamental design (O) in a clearcoat layer (K). The ornamental design (O) is produced by a selective matting of the clearcoat layer (K) by working the clearcoat layer (K) by a laser. The working of the clearcoat layer may be performed by a UV laser. Additionally, the working of the clearcoat layer K may be performed by electromagnetic waves at a wavelength of about 355 nm. Furthermore, the working of the clearcoat layer K may be performed by a laser operating at a frequency of about 23 500 Hz. Still further, the working of the clearcoat layer (K) may be performed by a laser operating with a pulse duration of about 2 ?s. The working of the clearcoat layer (K) may be performed by a laser operating with a line spacing of about 0.03 mm.

Abstract: A tire includes a radio frequency identification (RFID) system and a rubber patch including a topping rubber topping the RFID system, wherein the topping rubber includes a raw material rubber and a reinforcing filler including a boron nitride. In the tire including a RFID system, since the RFID system is covered with a rubber similar to a nearby rubber, generation of a boundary therebetween is suppressed to lower a possibility of the occurrence of initial cracking at a portion where the RFID system is applied, thus increasing durability and safety, and since insulating properties of the rubber covering the RFID system are enhanced, a recognition distance of the RFID system is increased to further facilitate management of distribution and history.

The pulsed laser beam directed into the transparent workpiece of the substrate stack forms a pulsed laser beam focal line disposed within the transparent workpiece, where a center of the pulsed laser beam focal line is offset from an edge of the black matrix layer by a distance that is about 20% or less of a total thickness of the substrate stack and generates an induced absorption within the transparent workpiece.
