  • Patent number: 6474974
Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for ladling an ice cream ball comprising a first portion and a second portion. The first portion has a first piece, a first connecting section and a first handle. The first handle has a first slot. The first connecting section is located between the first piece and the first handle. The second portion has a second piece, a second connecting section and a second handle. The second handle has a second slot. The second connecting section is located between the second piece and the second handle. The second connecting section is connected to the first connecting section by a pin. After the first connecting section connects to the second connecting section, the first piece connects to the second piece, and the first piece and the second piece are formed a cup to take an ice cream ball. A spring has two extending ends and respectively placed in the first slot and the second slot.

  • Patent number: 6464814
Abstract: A method for molding an end of a long resin molded article that is obtained by extrusion molding and has a design surface and an attachment surface extended in a longitudinal direction of the long resin molded article, and the attachment surface is attached to other parts. An end portion of the long resin molded article is heated so as to soften the end portion of the long resin molded article. The design surface of the heated end portion is pressed so as to stretch resin on a side of the design surface thereby forming an inclined surface on the end portion, whereby the end portion is inclined from the design surface at the end portion to said attachment surface at the end portion along said inclined surface. The attachment surface of the heated end portion is pressed so as to form a cavity on the attachment surface and stretch resin on a side of the attachment surface.

  • Patent number: 4753412
Abstract: A mold and molding method for forming a taxidermy animal head mannikin with artificial eyepieces molded therein in proper position includes a pair of mold cavity half parts each of the half parts having a cavity surface contoured for correct anatomical formation of the features of half of the mannikin, an eye socket recess in the cavity surface shaped for snugly receiving the front portion of the artificial eyepiece and leaving the rear portion projecting into the mold cavity, and a small keyway selectively located in the eye socket recess to receive a matcing key which is affixed to the front portion of the artificial eyepiece and is positioned thereon so that placement of the key in the keyway locates the eyepiece in proper anatomical position prior to the introduction on liquid foamable hardening material into the cavity between the mold half parts.
