Abstract: A height-adjustable bedstead includes a first frame having positioning grooves, a second frame having positioning holes, a positioning member having an insertion portion, a clamping portion, and a connecting portion, and a linkage assembly including pivotally connected first and second links. The first link has an end pivotally connected to the first frame, and the other end pivotally connected to one of the positioning holes by the positioning member in a way that the insertion portion passes through the one of the positioning holes and the first link, and the clamping portion and the connecting portion are hooked onto the second frame. The second link has an end pivotally connected to the second frame, and the other end pivotally connected to one of the positioning grooves by a shaft member. As a result, the height of the bedstead can be easily and quickly adjusted.

Abstract: A bed has a mattress with a mattress top, a mattress bottom, and a mattress perimeter. The mattress includes a mattress cover surrounding the mattress. The mattress cover includes a first stretch fabric around the mattress perimeter of the mattress. The first stretch fabric has a first predominant stretch direction that is stretchable in a direction parallel to the mattress top. A multidirectional stretch fabric is positioned on the mattress top.

Abstract: An adjustable bed system includes a base frame structure having first and second frames and a foldable connection mechanism connecting the first and second frame such that the first and second frames are pivotally foldable relative to one another at the foldable connection mechanism. The foldable connection mechanism has at least one connecting bracket assembly, each of which includes a first hinge bracket having first and second end portions, and a second hinge bracket having first and second end portions. The first and second hinge brackets are pivotally connected to one another through a pivot at the first ends. The first and second hinge brackets are respectively mounted on two adjacent end portions of the first and second frames such that the first and second frames are capable of positioning in a plane state or a folded state.

Abstract: A system for supporting a patient on an inclined surface includes an inflatable device. The inflatable device includes a top sheet of material connected to a bottom sheet of material, the top sheet and the bottom sheet defining a cavity to be inflated, wherein the bottom sheet of material is configured to permit air to pass from the cavity to the exterior of the device and to flow between a bottom surface of the device and a support surface upon which the device is configured to rest, and an input configured for receiving air to inflate the device. The system further includes a high-friction pad attached to the top sheet of material, and at least one attachment system configured to maintain the device on a support surface.

Abstract: A seat assembly includes independently rotatable and reclinable seats. The seats have back support sections that can be rotated between a sofa position and a compact position as well as the sofa position and a reclined position. The seats can further include leg rests that are movable between a lowered position and a raised position.

Abstract: A customizable mattress includes a chassis defining a cavity. A spring pack is removably positioned within the cavity. A top pad removably covers at least a portion of the spring pack. In some embodiments, kits and methods of use are provided.

Abstract: A sofa bed with three moving seat bases that transforms between a bed configuration and a sofa configuration. The sofa bed includes supporting legs and armrest. Each of the seat bases, and corresponding cushions, are located between the armrests. The seat bases are interconnected with a set of slide rails that allow the seat bases to move relative to one another. The sofa bed also includes a locking mechanism to hold the sofa bed in the sofa configuration.

Abstract: A child bassinet includes a support frame supporting an enclosure, and a playpen coupling mechanism provided on the support frame. The playpen coupling mechanism includes an adjustable catching part that is connected with the support frame and is engageable with a playpen for installing the child bassinet thereon. The catching part is movable relative to the support frame between a first and a second position of different elevations, and is further movable relative to the support frame between a locked state where the catching part engages with the support frame for locking the catching part in the first or second position, and an unlocked state where the catching part is disengaged from the support frame for movement of the catching part between the first and second position. The catching part is adjustable between the first and second position for installing the child bassinet on the playpen at different heights.

Abstract: As per an embodiment of the disclosure, a minimum of one module is modularized in one of the following mattress layer: comfort, contour, or support. This modularization entails at least one module per side of the mattress. In particular configurations, all modules within a respective layer may have an identical size in length, width, and height. In other configurations, two modules within a respective layer may be larger or smaller than the other modules. For example, in the contour layer, the hip module on both the left and right sides of the mattress may be larger than the head and foot modules.

Abstract: Mattress coverings are manufactured utilizing conventional equipment and using a dummy mattress core. The mattress coverings include a zippered access on the bottom panel, for example, where the dummy core can be removed after the mattress covering is completed. When shipped to a regional assembly facility the zippered access is utilized for insertion of a select mattress core that corresponds to the size of the dummy mattress core about which the mattress covering was assembled. The zippered access is zipped shut and the mattress is ready for sale, transport, and use. Great efficiencies are available where the mattress cover is assembled in a first location, shipped to a sale and use location and also regionally close to where mattress cores are manufactured, and the mattress covers are assembled with cores into mattresses.

Abstract: A patient handling device includes a frame for supporting a patient, a controller, and two alert lights which are activated when a controller detects an alert situation, such as, but not limited to, a patient exiting from the patient handling device. The controller is in communication with the alert lights and operable to monitor an integrated bed exit system. The alert lights are positioned adjacent the foot end corners of the frame and are viewable by a user positioned anywhere within a 270 degree section of a circle defined at the center of the patient handling device. The alert lights include one or more Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs).

Abstract: A raised bed system includes a plurality of modules assembled to form a raised platform for supporting a bed. The plurality of modules define a storage area beneath the raised platform and the bed and include a closet module and a desk module. The closet module defines a closet positioned in the storage area. The desk module is positioned in the storage area and includes a movable desk selectively movable between a stored configuration and a deployed configuration.

Abstract: A hammock stand includes two structural support arms extending from a central base and configured to support a hammock above the base. Each support arm has a curved shape bowing inward at upper ends, such that an overall shape of the hammock stand is tapered. The hammock stand is configured to support a hammock occupant generally oriented transverse to an axis defined along the structural support arms. The structural support arms are coupled to the central base by a coupling assembly. In some examples, the coupling assembly includes a yoke configured to couple the structural support arms to a rotary bearing. The rotary bearing allows the structural support arms, and therefore the hammock, to swivel relative to the base.

The walls define a cavity. A coil pack is positioned in the cavity. The coil pack includes a plurality of springs. A first cover is positioned over the coil pack. The first cover is attached to the chassis by a first zipper. A comfort layer is positioned over the first cover. The comfort layer is attached to the chassis by a second zipper. A second cover is positioned over the comfort layer. The second cover is attached to the chassis by a third zipper. In some embodiments, kits and method of use are disclosed.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of elastic pads and discloses an elastic pad, an assembling method thereof and a furniture. An elastic pad includes a first elastic module mounting part, a plurality of first elastic modules disposed on the first elastic module mounting part in a predetermined arrangement, and a pad layer on the plurality of first elastic modules. An outer edge of the pad layer and an outer edge of the first elastic module mounting part are connected via a releasable first connection structure, leaving the sides of the elastic pad open or uncovered. The elastic pad has fewer components, a simple structure, lower cost, and improved comfort. Since the first connection structure is releasable, the pad layer can be disassembled, which facilitates assembling and transportation of the elastic pad and reduces required storage space.

Abstract: A protective pillow cover for protecting a pillow against germs and microbes. A barrier component is constructed with at least two layers configured in a generally cuboid shape defining a cavity. An inner layer employs an anti-microbial component creating a barrier between the user and the pillow. An outer layer is constructed with a material designed for the user's comfort. The layers terminate in a perimeter. A securing component shorter than the perimeter is integrated into the perimeter and is stretchable to allow the barrier component to partially encapsulate the pillow. A middle layer of the barrier component may be used to provide cooling or a pleasing olfactory experience.

Abstract: In some embodiments, a support structures can be formed from a support structure matrix comprising a plurality of layers and a plurality of spring structures embedded within the plurality of layers of the support structure matrix. The plurality of spring structures have a plurality of different durometers. The plurality of spring structures can be configured to deform and return to its original shape after deformation. The orientation and structure of the spring structures can vary depending on a desired durometer and/or function within the support structure.

Abstract: An infant positioner and an entertainment component that is useable with the infant positioner in different positions. The entertainment component can be placed in at least a first position and a second position different from the first position. The entertainment component is coupled to a support structure of the infant positioner while the entertainment component is in the first position as well as in the second position.
