Abstract: A three-dimensional optical mouse device with a Micromirror Array Lens (MMAL) is provided. To have the three-dimensional optical mouse system, a three-dimensional imaging device is used for detecting the motion of optical pointer or fingers of the user and gives a location of the pointer to computer working as a pointing device in three-dimension. This three-dimensional pointing system uses three-dimensional imaging device using MMAL with variable focal length.

Abstract: An assembly may include information that includes a first plurality of stripes making up a first icon and a second plurality of stripes making up a second icon. The assembly may include an actuator configured to displace the information to a first position in response to a change in length of a first wire to displace the information to a second position in response to a change in length of a second wire. The assembly may include a lenticular lens configured to display the first icon to a user when the actuator is in the first position, and to display the second icon to the user when the actuator is in the second position.
Abstract: A plasma display device includes a plasma display panel having discharge cells formed between a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of second electrodes and a driving circuit dividing one frame into a plurality of subfields, each subfield including a reset period, an address period, and a sustain period, and applying a driving voltage to the first electrodes and the second electrodes. During a sustain period of each subfield, a sustain discharge pulse is alternately applied to the first and second electrodes for triggering a sustain discharge. A width of a last sustain discharge pulse applied to the second electrode is set to be greater than a width of other sustain discharge pulses for selected subfields. The subfields may be selected based on whether a total number of the sustain discharge pulses during the sustain period is less than a critical number of sustain discharge pulses.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a plasma display apparatus and driving method thereof. The plasma display apparatus according to the present invention comprises a Plasma Display Panel (PDP), an energy storage part for recovering energy from the PDP, and an energy supply and recovery controller that forms a current path so that the energy storage part can be charged or discharged. In the energy supply and recovery controller, a reference bias voltage is a negative voltage. The driving method of the plasma display apparatus according to the present invention comprises the steps of supplying energy to the PDP, and maintaining a reference bias voltage of a recovery switch part to a negative voltage when an energy storage part recovers energy from the PDP.
Abstract: A pixel unit for an organic electroluminescence display device includes four switching transistors, a driving transistor, a capacitor and an organic light emitting diode, configured in a circuit to prevent picture quality deterioration of the display device due to deterioration of the transistors characteristics in a pixel unit.
