    Abstract: A non-pneumatic tire may include a hub configured to be coupled to a machine, with the hub having a rotational axis about which the tire is configured to roll. The tire may also include a support structure including an inner circumferential portion associated with the hub and an outer circumferential portion radially spaced from the inner circumferential portion. The support structure may extend between opposed, axially-spaced side edges of the tire, and the support structure may include a plurality of cavities. The tire may also include a tread portion associated with the outer circumferential portion. The support structure may also include a plurality of layers of elastomeric material each having opposing faces lying in opposing planes substantially perpendicular to the rotational axis. At least some of the layers may include apertures corresponding to the cavities, and the layers may be chemically bonded to one another.

A height adjustment element coupled with the outer frame has a locked position for preventing height adjustment and an unlocked position for enabling sliding telescopic movement of the outer frame relative to the inner frame for adjusting the height of the lower body support. An upper body support is connected with the lower body support via a hinge that enables the upper body support to be folded over the lower body support. The plumber's creeper has an unfolded configuration in which the top surface of the upper body support and the top surface of the lower body support lie in a common plane.

The assembly is releasably mounted so that in a closed position both the bottom crossbar and the step crossbar are positioned between the opposed grille brackets, and in an open position one of the bottom crossbar and step crossbar is positioned away from the opposed grille brackets.

The supporting connector slides into and engages the mounting slot holding the wheelchair above a ground area when the set of wheels are one of detached from or folded under the wheelchair. A seatback is slideably mounted on a track in the vehicle. Closing the door with the supporting connector engaging the mounting slot and holding the wheelchair above a ground area positions the wheelchair in the vehicle. The seatback provides back support for a user of the wheelchair.

We disclose a chassis element for a vehicle, formed of an outer skin material, an inner core material enveloped by the outer skin material, and at least one array of aligned fibres, and comprising a restraint for an electrical battery adapted to locate the battery over the at least one array. There can be multiple arrays of aligned fibres, preferably disposed at a transverse angle relative to each other of less than 90°. We particularly prefer three arrays of aligned fibres, which can be disposed relative to each other at an angle of 60°. The fibres can be disposed within the skin material.

The exhaust pipe is free to move around as a result of the vehicle traveling over bumps in the road and around turns.
