The clamp face includes a gripping region, in a first circumferential position, with a trough and a hook that projects beyond the plane of the clamp face; and a leverage region, in a second circumferential position, that projects axially, so that, as the nut is tightened, the leverage region contacts the sheets' first side, and upon continued tightening, exerts a torque on the clamp head, elastically deforming the clamp so as to cause the hook to dig into the first side and prevent head rotation.

The plastic bag of the former is forced to push up inwardly and to cleave tightly to the paper side wall, allowing the later to be compactly nested into the former. For usage, one stands a container on its non-tipping wider end, places items in via its upper narrower opening, discards it as a whole unit when done. Other examples are described and shown.

Thereafter the at least one flange springs back to a natural position once inserted through front flap apertures of the container, inhibiting the removal thereof without breaking a perforated section or an otherwise frangible section of the container, thereby leaving evidence that the container has been opened. An embodiment that includes a clasp for receiving the front end of the body with a bag therebetween is also disclosed.
