Abstract: A tamper evident seal structure for a vial septum or other cover having a housing including a sidewall terminating in oppositely disposed open and closed ends. A retainer is fixedly disposed within the housing and structured for retaining engagement with a portion of a vial, substantially adjacent the vial cover. The housing also includes a pressure member disposed within an interior thereof in attached, relation to the closed-end. The pressure member and the retainer are cooperatively disposed and structured to respectively exert pressure on the vial cover concurrent to retaining engagement with the vial. Tamper evident capabilities are at least partially defined by a detachment of a removable sidewall section from a remainder of said sidewall.

Abstract: A cap of the press-twist type for a container, includes: a metal capsule having a transversal wall of longest extension which extends transversely with respect to an axis of the container, and a lateral wall; a curling in the distal part with respect to the transversal wall of the lateral wall by means of a curling operation; a sealing gasket with an annular shape for engaging with an opening of the container. The sealing gasket is made of a PVC-free material and includes a lateral portion, positioned in contact with the lateral wall of the capsule, which includes two portions away from the transversal wall of the capsule: a first distal portion relative to the transversal wall of the capsule and a second proximal portion relative to the transversal wall of the capsule, with a thickness greater than the first distal portion.

Abstract: A modular portable storage container system includes a storage container having first and second sections. The first section defines a first partial volume of storage space and the second section defines a second partial volume of storage space. The system further includes a lock mechanism with a lock arm, lock handle, and pivot shaft defining an axis of rotation. The lock arm and handle are fixed for common rotation with the pivot shaft. The arm extends radially outward from the pivot shaft to a roller assembly. A lock track is disposed within the second section and extends from a fluted open portion to a closed end, with a continuous track portion disposed therebetween. The first and second sections are movable between at least closed and open positions. In the closed position, the roller assembly engages with the lock track and retains the first section in contact with the second portion.

Abstract: A modular portable storage container system includes a storage container having first and second sections. The first section defines a first partial volume of storage space and the second section defines a second partial volume of storage space. The system further includes a lock mechanism with a lock arm, lock handle, and pivot shaft defining an axis of rotation. The lock arm and handle are fixed for common rotation with the pivot shaft. The arm extends radially outward from the pivot shaft to a roller assembly. A lock track is disposed within the second section and extends from a fluted open portion to a closed end, with a continuous track portion disposed therebetween. The first and second sections are movable between at least closed and open positions. In the closed position, the roller assembly engages with the lock track and retains the first section in contact with the second portion.

Abstract: A drinking vessel having a cup with a removable lid having an inlet-outlet opening which receives an elastic straw-vent assembly having a flexible tubular straw and an air passageway forming a vent opening. A cover movably mounted on top of the lid, shiftable between a closed and an open position, with an inward surface of the cover forming fluid tight seal with the vent opening when the cover is in the closed position. In the closed position the cover engages the straw, folding the straw against the lid to seal the straw passageway, and in the open position, the straw fluid passageway and the vent opening are unobstructed by the cover. A removeable elastic straw-vent assembly is also disclosed having a tab to be grasped by the user for easy removal for cleaning.

Abstract: A reticle pod with a spoiler structure includes a body and a cover. A reticle allocation area is centrally disposed at the body. The cover covers the body. A peripheral area of the cover and a peripheral area of the body are fitted together by a protruding portion and a dented portion. The dented portion and the protruding portion jointly form a spoiler structure surrounding the reticle allocation area. The spoiler structure includes a spoiler passage between the dented portion and the protruding portion. The body has at least one sidewall corresponding in position to the spoiler passage to form a particle-collecting space. Particles carried by external air current which enters the spoiler passage end up in the particle-collecting space and thus are denied entry into the reticle allocation area.

Abstract: An easily openable container lid includes a shell and liner. The shell includes a flat circular top wall, a skirt wall having an arcuate part extending arcuately radially outward and downward from the peripheral edge of the top wall in a longitudinal cross sectional view and a linear part extending vertically downward following the arcuate part, and a grip piece extending from the lower end of the skirt wall. The top wall, the skirt wall and at least a base part of the grip piece are integrally formed of a metal sheet, and a pair of scores each composed of first and second portions are formed on the shell. The first portions extend on the skirt wall upward from both sides of the grip piece, and the second portions extend arcuately between the upper end part of the skirt part and the peripheral edge part of the top wall.

The side wall extends from the bottom wall defining an inner compartment of the cooking vessel for food being cooked. At least the bottom wall is of aluminum. The cooking vessel includes a plate-like component of a disk of ferromagnetic material, integrally coupled with the bottom wall at the respective outer surface, to at least partially cover the bottom wall outer surface. The plate-like component has through holes and is divided into first perforated areas having a first void-to-solid ratio value (VtS1) and second perforated areas having a second void-to-solid ratio value (VtS2), mutually alternated in a symmetrical manner. Each first perforated area, featuring a greater void-to-solid ratio, is in a weighted ratio with respect to the second perforated area, featuring a smaller void-to-solid ratio.

An upper end closure structure partially closes an end of the tubular structure. The upper end closure structure comprises a lower edge that defines at least in part a window for exposing to view contents (B) of the carton. The upper end closure structure comprises a top end closure flap (30a, 30b, 30c, 30d) having a handle opening defined therein and a pair of side end closure flaps (26a, 26b, 34a, 34b). The spacer plate has a first plate part and a second plate part. The first plate part engages an inner surface of the first paper wall. The second plate part is folded from the first plate part to extend as a tilt surface to divide the rectangular container space into a first space part and a second space part.

Abstract: A closing element, among a cover and a ring, for a container for a cosmetic product includes a wall having at least one metallic and elastically deformable connection region, the at least one connection region being partially detached from the rest of the wall. The at least one connection region being adapted to cooperate with another closing element, among the ring and the cover, by elastic deformation so as to removably assemble the two closing elements with each other. A closing assembly for a cosmetic product container is also presented.

Abstract: An internal lift equipped refuse receptacle assembly for facilitating removal of full or partially full trash can liners includes a tubular housing and a false bottom. The tubular housing has a true bottom and a top. The true bottom is closed. The top is open for insertion of a trash can liner into the tubular housing. The false bottom is operationally engaged to an actuator, which is engaged to the tubular housing. A controller is engaged to the tubular housing so that the controller is accessible to a user. The controller is operationally engaged to the actuator and can be selectively manipulated by the user to activate the actuator to motivate the false bottom, the trash can liner, and contents of the trash can liner from proximate to the true bottom toward the top, facilitating removal of the trash can liner and its contents from the tubular housing.

The wedge-shaped structure includes a chamfered edge. A bottom surface of the inner cap is configured as a tapered surface.

The at least one closure is configured to have a closed position and an open position. In the closed position, the adjustable vessel holder is in the first position and is configured to receive a vessel having a first size. In the open position of the closure, the adjustable vessel holder is in the second position and is configured to receive a different vessel having a second size. In some vessel holders, in the first position, a top end has a first internal perimeter, and in the second position, the top end has a second internal perimeter that is larger than the first internal perimeter.

Abstract: A cap for a container comprises: a retaining ring suitable for being associated with a neck of the container, the retaining ring extending about an axis; a closure element for opening or closing an opening defined by the neck of the container; a hinge structure interposed between the closure element and the retaining ring so as to allow the closure element to be rotated relative to the retaining ring. The retaining ring and the closure element are separated by a separation line, which extends externally of the hinge structure. The hinge structure comprises at least one connection band which connects the closure element to the retaining ring, the connection band being defined inside a recess provided in a side wall of the cap, the side wall extending about said axis.

Abstract: A microwaveable container for holding food includes a first container, a second container and a lid. The first container has a lower food holding space sized and shaped to hold a first food and a second container receiving space disposed above the lower food holding space. The first container has a shoulder extending outward from the lower food holding space. The second container nests with the first container and has an upper food holding space sized and shaped to hold a second food. The second container is positionable in the second container receiving space of the first container such that the second container separates the first and second foods held in the respective lower and upper food holding spaces. The second container engages and rests on the shoulder of the first container when nested. The lid attaches directly to the first container.
